I went for a graduation. The seats are uncomfortable to sit in the 3+ hours that I was there. They also lack guard rails making it difficult for people with disabilities to walk up and down the stairs into the mezzanine.

The UIC Pavilion is a spacious clean and easy accessible arena. The parking is convent and reasonably priced. The exits are plentiful and easy to find. Public transportation is your best bet to attend all events. The food is 8 out of 10. This is a great place force variety of family fun events.

Honestly a small area for concerts and there s two giant lines of speakers that blocks the views from the sides bleachers/chair areas. I would sit farther away and face the stage head on if you re booking tickets. Buts it s not too bad. Saw illenium and Annika Wells at the center!

My experience was ok... I'm not sure if its normally over crowded but this was the worst crowded venue experience of my life.

I went to see Amy Schumer and the hallways were so packed that I would have not made it out in time if there was a fire. It took me 30 minutes to grab a drink and go to the bathroom because you could barely move. My seat was literally right outside the bathroom and bar area but it still took me 30 minutes...

Maybe its not always like that but it wasn't a great first impression.

Bacon Feast! What a great event. My first trip to Chicago and I get to eat bacon. Amazing time in the windy city. I wish it was 10 degrees warmer but this is Chicago so you can't complain about that. Very friendly staff.

This place is an amazing venue! It's huge and clean, and getting into here was very smooth unlike other places I've been to. The stage is in a great location for concerts, and most of the seats will probably have a very good view. If you're looking to see one of your favorite performers, see them here!

Very disappointed on how everything was laid out they only had one concession stand open and the whole Hall was packed very slow-moving people in the concession area they need to put a little pep in their step.. what really tick me off was paying $5 for a bottle of water and they wouldn't let me carry one in didn't mind paying for it but you couldn't get to the line it was all the way around half the building absolutely ridiculous

Went there for the Degenerates Tour. The bands sounded great! Only downfall is that it was absolutely pouring outside and we couldn't bring in our umbrella or purses... so we had to make the 10 minute walk back to my car, then another 10 minute walk (in the pouring rain) without an umbrella. Wish they had an option to check your items in.

Ok

Went here for a boxing event and there isn't a bad seat in the house! Great light system that is ideal for sports events like boxing and mma. Sound system and overall quality of the arena in kept up well. Stadium can fit 10k and is right off of the blue line and 290 Racine exit for easy access.

Nice arena. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice and clean environment. Volunteers very helpful and friendly. Large variety of food vendors. Like the hand dryer in bathroom. Had security checkpoints which was new in 2020. Open bag before you get there. My steel toed shoes set off scannet. Know ahead of time what might set it off to help security.

This place is ridiculous. I paid $250 for some Maze ft. Franky Beverley. The show started at 7pm I arrived at 6:15pm only to be stuck in traffic for 2hrs which meant I missed half of the show. By the time I reached the parking venue- mind you, after sitting in traffic just to park- to find out all spaces were filled and the only alternative parking was on Halsted/Polk. I don't know about the rest of you fellas BUT I'll be damned if My woman was going to walk in the cold in high heels looking as good as she was. So with that said I missed the show and still waiting to get reimbursed. I'm still disappointed because I was ready for those ole school GOOD VIBES. I'll NEVER go to a big event at this place again

First time going to the Holy Fire event and I loved it. It brought tears to me eyes as I reflected on my past and present life experiences. It really touched my heart. Really recommend attending this event next time they're in town.

The concert I attended was good, but the place was so crowded I couldn't cross through lines to get to my seat or the bathroom. Staff who pats you down is very unfriendly. Got scolded for bringing an empty cup outside which we were keeping as a souvenir. Once I snapped back it was an empty cup, she didn't even acknowledge me. No help whatsoever finding seats. I just wanted to find my seat so I could be out of the way.
