Rough load in and out. No dock, fork from decks to floor to decks. Local crew is great which is why there are any stars.
I am here for the Midwest Regional FIRST Robotics Competition and it will be amazing it is the fifth sixth and seventh of March, admittances free parking $10 come on out and have a blast!
Due to all the people standing up the whole entire concert. Our good seats were destroyed.
I haven't been there in years. What great show. Love Maze and The O'Jays
Crazy busy with the Baconfest. Really nice people, from a lot of different places. R=
The chairs on the floor seating are really really uncomfortable.
Every seat has a GREAT view very convenient and easy to get to
Have come here twice for graduations, the sound system is great, its spacious enough for many people, however the bathrooms require a bit of cleaning, and the food is okay but pricey for little.
Four entrances, but only certain ticket holders are allowed through certain ones, told this at gate instead of by any signage or staff while waiting in a 30 minute line.
Potentially dangerous environment. I saw three fights while security watched. I got out of there fast!
Absolutely the worst venue for a concert! I will never come here again. I can get free tickets to an artist of my choice and I won t come back here. Narrow uncomfortable seats, obstructed views, main floor seating you stand the whole time. Best view might be in balcony 209 & 210. I was at this venue for Ojays, Maze, Johnny Gil, & Ralph Tresvant. Sound system quality was poor. Lighting operators couldn t keep up with the lead singers, so a third of their performances were dark. Long lines for parking and to enter building. Do only sporting events here, anything else, get a refund before it s too late.
Words cannot express how upset I am regarding the horrible experience my wife and I had last night. We arrived at the Credit Union one Arena venue 30 minutes before it started only to be met with over 200 cars on the street. There were only 3 security/police overwhelmed by traffic. We ended up driving around in gridlocked traffic for 2 hours which led to us missing the event altogether, due to all of the parking lots being full. I spent a lot of money on these tickets and was really looking forward to a night out with my wife as we both work a lot. This is really unfair and unfortunate to treat people this way. There were also about 100+ event goers that were waiting outside to get inside and it was 10 degrees with the wind chill. I will never ever, ever, ever go to any events at this location. I will only go to events at the Wintrust or Arie Crown theater from here on out. They know this was not the correct venue for this amount of people, due to limited parking, yet once they take your money there is no refund. I blame myself partially for not taking the time to read the reviews, which I found out from personal experience to be true. I recommend to anyone that reads this review to go someplace that has adequate parking and enough police that can control the traffic properly. This event was poorly managed, and from what I read seemed like others also had a bad experience. To management, you all should refund the monies of all tickets that were unredeemed from this event.
This place is probably the most undervalue venue in the city! I enjoy going to events there
Attended Holy Fire!!! Wonderful show!!! And nice place
Venue is a little compact but the space was enough to enjoy the concert. Concessions and drinks were very good. They were on the expensive side.
*5-10-18 * Ceremonial day...MSHI Graduate! Yaass We did it...and you can too!! Go UIC FLAMES
The lines were poorly managed, and there was no information given to us until we got into the line that we weren't allowed to bring certain items into the building. everything worked out okay, but it caused my sister and I are a lot of undue stress.
What an amazing place for a high school graduation or a college graduation! Went there for my daughter's graduation. The security was great, the bathrooms were clean and there was ample seating.
They need to make an effort to inform ticket holders of the rules around bags. Not fine print on the bottom of some web page. We had to through out a $50 bag or turn around and drive 200 miles back home.
The venue is fine, but it lacks bathrooms. Expect very long lines for the few bathrooms it has (both men's and women's).
It was a great show but the seats are completely too tight, too close and not comfortable. Also the stairs are ridiculous! Several people almost tumbled down them! Remodeling is recommended!
Venue was fine, but getting in was a nightmare. No will call line, just in the regular ticket lines. No queue lines, just hoards of people to get in.
Good sized arena. Seats were small. Plenty of entrances to keep crowd flowing.
