Security is way too overzealous and seats are small.

They shouldn't be surprised when patrons are sitting on the steps instead of super cramped seats.

Not a good place for a concert. At all.

Not enough Police or Security to control the fights and the numerous weed smokers. Not good experience

We went there for my gransons high school graduation from Morton west High school in Berwyn ILLINOIS

Show was good parking lot a mess when its time to go

Went to ASAP Concert, doors were suppose to open at @8, didn t open till 9:45, then waited in line to be told that we were in the wrong line and to get out we had to go back through a crowd of a hundred people... when all they really had to do was move the god damn gate. Proceeded to go to the correct line. Where then I, repeat we waited in the cold for 1 hour because they only had 1 person checking backs and tickets in the GA line. Jesus Christ people this is awful customer service. We finally got in before we got frostbite, and the overall show was fun but the people running this building or complete imbeciles.

Spacious and accessible venue for many types of events, the pavillian can accommodate nearly 10,000. I was there for a graduation exercise and the place was nearly full. Well managed facility with a parking garage next to it makes it very convenient for patrons with disabilities. Great media support for almost any type of production.

No outside drinks and no outside flowers or gift could be brought inside. They wanted you to buy their bottled water $7, their flowers $40 per bouquet or $25 for thier $3 stuffed animal. Sadly price gouging.

Decent venue with good views. Stadium seats are hard plastic and small. Floor seats are folding chairs. Could use more food vendors, the lines are 50-100 people deep.

Went to a concert, they implemented a last minute rule that no bags were allowed. I couldnt enter. They only posted the sign at the venue downtown and did not take into consideration commuters making their way to the event. This caused me to lose well over 100 dollars in ticket costs and yeah. Asshats. Especially the "head of security"

Seats to small and to close to each other. We were sitting on top of each other . Will never attend an event here again

I'm a little disappointed with UIC Pavilion I was waiting in line for quite some time to get a drink and they decided to cut the line where they wanted to cut it off at and said that they was not serving any more drinks at that point

I just said I dont know much about this company sorry cant review a place I dont know nothing about and never attended the place before sorry folks I've heard theres good School and College basketball plays there though!!!!!! Fall time check them out you mite be supprized.

Saw illenium on Friday night. The venue was great. We had seating in section 103. Only complaint was the lines for beer were 30 minutes long. That might be due to the factor that there was only 2 places to buy beer... all in all I will be back for a show there.

Very expensive to have something to eat. Seats are very narrow. The rows are close together.

Attending a graduation ceremony, easy to find, easy parking, I recommend public transport during weak days

Spacious and secure parking. Excellent access control into the auditorium. The auditorium is echo free.

Cheap venue. Uncomfortable. Poorly serviced concessions.

It's either hot or cold they can't seem to get it right.

Went to Bob Dylan concert. Extremely unorginized and chaotic entry. People had their bags and umbrellas taken from them. It took 20 min to enter with 15 people line.

All good. Mike Epps and Ricky smiley. Showed up and showed out. Shots out to the q dogs. They rocked it also from the audience.

Acoustics weren't very good so I couldn't hear the speakers well.

No Ticketmaster in the place.. if it is ..it hiding

Ingress and egress are well managed and the ventilation system handles the large crowd very effectively.

Had a great time there parking was a little bit much but it was nice

I ve been to so many fun events here that it s hard to write a complete review, but over the last 30 years we ve done almost everything you can imagine at UIC pavilion! UIC men s and women s basketball season starts in November and will be at the pavilion every week for basketball games and it s great to have parking right next-door.

The show was really great despite the 3 fights that broke out before and during the Mike Epps comedy show.

We sat in traffic for over a hour and we were only 5 minutes away. So we missed most of the show we were trying to see. They need to come up with a better system of getting everything flowing when they have huge events. I would reccomend arriving at least a hour before your event starts

Was there to attend the No Limit Reunion Concert on 11-30-19. Stuck in traffic for 20 minutes to get into parking garage off Congress Pkwy. Upon arrival, I asked attendant if she was sure parking spaces were available. She responded with "That's what they said, I'm just trying to go home". I handed over $20, got stuck in the garage for another 30 minutes behind countless other people trying to locate parking Never made it in to the venue.

Cramp, small upper seating and sound system not good.

This is a bad venue for concerts. The alcoholic beverages are watered down and overpriced. The floor seats are horrible. They are just metal folding chairs that are in a close and tight row. Never grab them bc the further away the stage the less you hear and see from the artists performing. Ppl was standing up and even standing on the chairs so you couldn't see anything. Also no staff at that venue stopped them from doing so. The acoustics is horrible and you can only hear if you are close to the stage. Then on top of all that some of the staff were rude. I don't recommend seeing any concert here or event here

I'm a proud alumni of UIC and always live going back. It will ALWAYS be the UIC Pavilion to me though

I went here for a Nick Cannon wild n out show this place is beautiful with plenty of food and and drinks, it great for dates

I've attended several Graduation Ceremonies of Proviso East High School! It's a pleasure to attend!!!

I had great seats but was not able to see because of people standing and the angle was terrible. But enjoyed the concert!

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Beers $11 buck for a 16oz cup, seats are awful and small. And I'm a smaller guy. And don't bring anything metal like an ecig cause even tho it says nothing about it in their signs. Last min they will tell you to take it to your car or have it confiscated. I know this is more the company that does security. And if I could they would have negative stars. One of the managers PAUL, older guy. Should not be allowed to work in the state of Illinois. Worse experience at a concert ever

The Big Jam 2 (Baller Addition) All Star Weekend was horrible. Major disappointment! Sound was HORRIBLE! Worse concert (due to the sound system) I've EVER been to

Not a good venue, upon arrival, for a concert. Was waiting outside too long to get in. Not enough personnel to handle the crowd. Metal Detectors for a Maze and O'Jays concert.

Seats are uncomfortable. Very slow getting out of the parking lot.

Because my pastor rent it out for church services& it's organized I've been to a couple concerts there as well thanks

Good looking, easy to get to and plenty of parking lots available ($10 whole day)

I ordered a hotdog and the bun was moldy the food is nasty

Ira is a limo driver. My customer requested that I drive them to Credit Union 1 Arena. It was packed with people outside. And the structure is beautiful.

I visited Credit Union 1 Arena for the 100 Black Men annual college fair. This was my firat time going to the college fair. The venue was spacious for the college reps, students, and parents. And after walking around if you got tired you could sit in the sitting area. It was also easy to find by public transportation, because me and my sons took the train which stops 2 blocks from the arena. I hope they continue to have it at this location.

Best event of all was held here, UIC College of Engineering Commencement 2017. Congrats to all.

The concert was amazing. Staff got us in quickly even though it was a huge crowd and the bathrooms were clean. Waiting for the next event!
