Good location and services, but tough to deal with the superiority complex some of the employees have. Do your own browsing and be ready for brow-beating if you ask questions

Always been super helpful whenever i go in for parts. The website isn't ideal for small parts, but they've always made an effort to confirm if they have it stock in the back for me if I call ahead.

I purchased a new specialized Sirrus X5.0 from Rudy. The Customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to show me every little detail about the bike and even for accessories. I am very grateful for Rudy and the staff going above and beyond for me.

I bought a Specialized road bike here eight years ago and I couldn't be happier with the ongoing support I've had from this professional crew. Shortly after purchasing, I could tell that I needed a different gear ratio for my aging body to climb the hilly area terrain and UC Cyclery changed my rear cassette at a fair cost, giving some good maintenance advice at the same time. Later, they fixed a loosening crank in short order at no charge even though it had been years after the purchase. UC deserves your business.

Very friendly staff! Dave was more than willing to answer every question that I could throw at him. They even invited me to go on a ride the next day. Just purchased a brand new Santa Cruz highball 29" mountain bike, couldn't be happier with the service. They let me try a few bikes, didn't pressure us into making a purchase. Overall I thought the service was very pleasant. When I ordered a dropper post, the salesperson made an effort to look for one with an appropriate trigger as well as a reasonable price. Thanks!

UC Cyclery is a fantastic shop! I've purchased one bike from them and use them for servicing of both my mountain and road bikes. They have a clean well-maintained shop, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I also wanted to send a shout out to the mechanic, Jim. He's very knowledgeable and I trust that my bikes are in good hands whenever he works on them. Thanks for always taking care of me!

These guys were pretty efficient at fixing my flat tyre although it went flat againa in less than a week - probably just bad luck on my part. They were nice enough to fix it again without charging me extra and so far it has held up well.
