I cannot emphasize enough to NEVER order from this company if you're looking for reliability. They promised they had the part we needed. Lied to us two times about their inventory levels and four days later admitted they were out of inventory. We were unable to print for 4 days because of this and spend 3 days apologizing to clients on the phone.
Trust them with none of your business. They are incompetent at best.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a supplier, blatantly lied to me TWICE!!! About having a product I desperately needed in stock. Complete waste of time and not trust worthy at all. Save your cash and shop else ware. Grimco and Lexjet at least let you know when they are out of inventory Buffalo just takes your card and run
Avoid doing business with Buffalo. We received what we ordered, so that's a plus but the company is otherwise deceptive.
Two deceptive experiences in the same order
Called to ask about a product, planning to pick it up. Was told local delivery was free. Provided payment details for the order and was charged $72.09 for delivery. Follow up on this charge, assuming that it was in error have not received a reply.
On this call, I was also asked if I'd like to include a ream of paper - this could have been a misunderstanding - however it sounded that it was an offer for something "free" as a thank you, not an up sale. On delivery, found an additional charge for the paper.

Worst customer service ever. I don't recommend anyone to buy their products since they can't even explain how to use their products. And the woman who took my phone call was VERY RUDE!
Recieved a defective product. Contacted them to let them know. There was a problem. There was a communication barrier between them and me, which was very fustrating. In the end they could not help and had me contact the manufacturer instead.

I had a great experience buying my first large format printer here. Sonny showed me and answered all of my question and even stay after hours explaining and showing me what the printer is capable of doing.
Delivery day came right away by the man himself and stayed another 2 hours educating me about the printer , he even brought some extra and different paper rolls for me to practice .
In conclusion I am very satisfied with the service I have received so far and will spread the word around for anyone looking for a printer or supplies
Been working with Buffalo since 2012 and always had a great experience. If there is an issue ( every company will have those from time to time) they have always responded ASAP and came up with a solution right away. They have supported our small business by providing fast and affordable service so we can compete with larger labs. Even when I call in a panic that a large job came in and I didn't have enough paper, they always worked hard to get what I needed ASAP without increasing price. Love these guys.
The most dishonest company I have dealt with. We have placed several orders with them and completely our fault for not paying attention, but the last few orders, we noticed that the freight kept changing. I asked them yesterday, our last order, we ordered the exact same 4 prints, and the freight was $36, and when we placed an order yesterday for the exact same 4 prints, the freight was $69. I asked, why was there a $30+ dollar difference, they come back with, our UPS is $55, I can screen shot that to you. So if I had NOT said anything, you were just going to charge me $69? Plus they never responded to why we were charged $36 last time and now $55-$69. I said, you are just making up your own pricing. SO did some research on our last orders and noticed:

If this place could get a negative rating I would be all over it! We bought a printer from them in Jan 2020 that they told me was a demo and that they had only printed about 100 prints on it but that it still held the brand new warranty. They lied about the number of prints made, they lied in regards to the price, they lied regarding the warranty. According to EPSON, the warranty was started in February of 2019. Now, once called about it they no longer want to answer phone calls. Jay (Sales Rep) has been at lunch for 4 hours. Sonny (who responds to these reviews as the owner) has allegedly been with a customer all day and I have been on hold for over 40 minutes just today alone. If they took responsibility for the problems it would be one thing but now they are playing childish games. I will NEVER spend another penny with this company and I am debating if they will see me in court!
