I came here for the first time anticipating the shoot i have with them as I am not a very photogenic person. However the staff, especially the female taking my photos, there made me feel comfortable and at ease. Everything about my shoot here was pleasant and I recommend this place. Especially for school photos!

Had my senior portraits taken here and it was a wonderful experience the photographer I worked with, Sarah was super open to anything me and my mother wanted style/ posing wise and worked with us to create amazing pictures. The pictures can be pricey but j highly recommend them
I really am annoyed by the fact that this business does not answer their phone and does not return phone calls but will call you three different times from three different people to confirm your appointment. If you want to talk to them, you have to get in your car and drive across town to their shop. This is poor business etiquette.
I got 7th and 8th grade photos here. 7th grade photos turned out pretty good, but the 8th grade photos were horrible! Everyone s photo was terrible because they had us a terrible angle and the photographers didn t care and thought they looked fine while every kid ended up with a bad photo that went on permanent record. Retakes were by the same company (there were so many kids who had to take them because of how bad the photos were) but the photographers actually cared and redid mine twice until I got a decent one. I definitely wouldn t use this for photos for anything, I recommend you don t either.

We went to the studio for senior portraits. From the first person at the counter who took our information, to the photographer, to the person we reviewed the shots with and finally the person who took our order, the experience was great. Everyone was professional and there was no pressure to buy, which I really appreciate. They are not inexpensive but I have to say, Alison, our photographer, was excellent. She made everything easy and comfortable. She got great shots - so many, it's hard to choose! I'm very happy with our experience with them.
Went there to get a short-fused request for a digital file made from a negative that I need immediately for a book cover, but they could not accommodate my request in under a week. I asked what it would cost to expedite and she quoted me double. I try really hard to keep my business local, but this kind of service makes it impossible to do so.
We've gotten really great quality pictures from this studio from Basic School pictures previously, but today was the first visit to the studio itself for senior portraits. Frank was absolutely fantastic to work with, took his time going through the different sets and making us super comfortable with the process. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for being so professional and covid careful while making it a fun time!
