So sad that itella came to the world. They provide the worst shipping quality from all the delivery Companies. Firstly it is impossible to call them even they wrote Their phone number in Internet, you will wait for 15 minutes on call and nobody will answer. Secondly all the parcels they delivery are always late. Always! I am buying a lot from foreign countries and when I see that itella will be responsible for my parcel, the first mind is "what the fck. Really again?"

Waiting for over two weeks for a parcel to deliver inside of Lithuania which took two days to travel from Germany. It's incomprehensible to me, how this company still exists!

They don't contact you when delivering (happened multiple times) and there's no option to change address.
They also quite often leave the parcel in a random locker in certain radius, which can be frustrating, not only because i have to spend my time walking there but also because i paid for the parcel to be delivered to my door, not a locker. Their service is very poor.
And this is made worse by the fact that all Amazon orders come via Itella.

Not a very good experience with these folks. Not sure how they re still in business. DHL handed off my package to them for delivery in Vilnius. I had medicine being shipped from Germany as it s not available in LT. They tried delivering it on. Monday while I was out. No note, no call, no email. The second delivery attempt was on THURSDAY of that week! I waited around for them for two days wondering what was going on. Wouldn t it make sense to try the next day. Called and agreed to have them leave it at a pharmacy for me. (I paid for delivery to my home) they dropped it off at the wrong pharmacy the next t day. Avoid this company if possible. Really bad stuff.

Unfortunately, when ordering e-goods, the logistics company is chosen by the seller of the goods. In my case, the seller often sends via Posti, which works in Lithuania through ITELLA.
Thus, ITELLA works as follows:
1. Sends the sms that the shipment arrives and offers to choose home delivery or pick up at the post office. I gather at home.
2. sends an sms that the shipment is in the post !, although both the seller sends and I specify the shipment to my home address.
3. On the same day, two consignments delivered by ITELLA are delivered to two different post offices ... :(

No need to contact me in any way, I wrote them an email, no response whatsoever for 5 hours, then I called them, and yes, they have the item, no apologies, nothing. So it goes on, I gave my work adress in email, but they did not read it. I gave them my phone number, but they did not contact me in any matter, so I called them again, gave my work adress, double checked if they have my phone number, and so they deliver it the next day, a week late.

Over last 6 months I have order more than 10 orders from amazon where all of them turned out to be delivered by Itella Logistics. None of the parcels were delivered to home and instead to Smart self-service parcel terminal which is few kilometers away. Itella sends a message to chose whether the parcel should be delivered to home or to self-service terminal. But regardless of the answer they still do not try to deliver to home even though someone is at home all the time.
Customer support promises to inform the drivers, but nothing changes since it is over 10 parcels which were not deliver to home.

First time I was informed, that despite choosing the shiping to the home, my parcel was directed to the post-box. After this was changed, like all other people here, I received some mixed information in parcel tracking with 'fake deliveries". Thus I called again to request more information about this. It was called a mistake. Third time I called (after waiting for my parcel a week and a half and after 3 "fake" deliveries) I asked to deliver my parcel to the post-box, as I needed my parcel as soon as possible. Finallly, the next day (saturday), they delivered my parcel to my home. So, "express" delivery took them almost 2 weeks.
There is a lot of place for improvement for this company.

The address is usually good, but there is no phone. Couriers do not try to work dismissively. Once upon a time I had to see consignments piled up in a warehouse, where my broken consignment was. The sender is responsible for the packaging of the consignment - but even a well-packaged consignment can be damaged if it is dumped on the floor from a truck trailer. After numerous phone calls, emails & Facebook messages, 1 month later I'm still waiting for my parcel. Customer support phone number does not pickup. Customer support email does not reply. The single worst delivery service I've ever used.

Update: After over a month of back and forth, lying that courier attempted delivery, lying that it has been delivered to me, they told me parcel has been lost.

If you need a package to arrive, do not use Itella. I've had packages not delivered on time. Don't bother to try to contact their customer service. The phone line just gives you a busy signal and then disconnects, no matter what time you're calling. I've also had them claim no one was home, even though I work from home and waited all day for them to show up. They also "kindly" send you a message before delivery, asking you to choose between home delivery or picking up your package at one of their terminals. The 2 times I got that message, I chose home delivery, received a message that home delivery was confirmed, and 2 days later a message that I could pick up my package in their terminal...

In the past I used to deliver by courier to my home, to the LpExpress post office near my home, and now to the post office that is 11km away. Don't understand what they think to themselves? Like many: coming from the farthest part of Europe to Lithuania in a week and then one week in our little Lithuania trying to find the way to home. From my experience, this company does not deserve all these bad reviews. I've had flawless experience. Made a few calls, all were answered within a minute, and the necessary information given. The courier was nice and polite, received the package a day early than was expected.
