Worst service for parcel delivery. No notification of received shipment unless the sender sends a tracking number and you can check daily. The next time you don't get a message ... I transported 3 floors and the same thing all the time. When you call the manager and to resolve the situation, it says he will call back with the solution to the problem and disappear ... super politics, so on!
My parcel from Asos had to be delivered to my home address, instead I received a message from Itella that I have to pick it up from some picking point ?!!!
Complete nonsense - according to the tracking number you can see that the shipment has already been tried to be delivered, even though I was at home at that time and there was definitely no delivery. You try to contact me that I will come to pick you up, but you will not call them on the phone - busy regardless of the day or time. I don t highly recommend composing, orally.
Would never recomend yto use this company, had a shipment stuck with them for over 2 months, first they would reply to my emails they hey just stopped, had to go to their warehourse in different city my self to get my package off them.
A complete tragedy. I ordered the goods from Amazon 2 months ago, when they finally arrived in Vilnius, Itella announced that the goods could not be delivered, so they are being sent back to the United Kingdom. Meanwhile today, at 8 a.m. (!) The courier delivered me 10 pounds of chloroform, which I really didn t buy. I was already disappointed with the quality of the services provided by Itella, but I did not expect such absurdity at all. It is possible to understand when there are misunderstandings with shipments, their delivery. but here is simply, (forgive for the resounding epithet) elementary nonsense.
One thing I can say about this, barely turns my tongue to call it a company: "Are you a complete dalb * job ???" As soon as DHL has a contract with this shit office, you receive bbr shipments b * it is to some kind of electronics store, it is to some kind of gas station, which is really no closer than 3-5km from your place of residence. There's no point of sending messages asking to select either home delivery or a drop off at the collection point if you are dropping it off at the collection point ANYWAY.
The deliveries are late and held at their warehouse forever.

My amazon parcel spent 5 days in their delivery transport, customer service did not know where it was and then instead of being delivered to me it got left in their postbox in another part of the city, because of a "failed delivery attempt", while I actually spent the whole day at home and there was no delivery attempt and no calls from the courier. Avoid their services if at all possible.
