I am not ordering from Amazon, till they continue to use them as couriers. The worst delivery service I ever encountered. Unhelpful, and do not even try to contact you for home delivery, just do as they please. Terrible customer service

I ordered the goods from Amazon 2 months ago, when they finally arrived in Vilnius, Itella announced that the goods could not be delivered, so they are being sent back to the United Kingdom. There's no point of sending messages asking to select either home delivery or a drop off at the collection point if you are dropping it off at the collection point ANYWAY.

My amazon parcel spent 5 days in their delivery transport, customer service did not know where it was and then instead of being delivered to me it got left in their postbox in another part of the city, because of a "failed delivery attempt", while I actually spent the whole day at home and there was no delivery attempt and no calls from the courier. Avoid their services if at all possible.
