I sincerely wish I had read some of these reviews before we entered into a contract with these scam artists. The at&t rep that contacted us on their behalf sold us on a reduced payment, which didn't last, now I am paying more than I was at the start for worse service. What a scam
SCAMMERS, they are in cahoots with AT&T for a bait and switch scam. STAY AWAY.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I negotiated a settlement in writing, then they tried to get more. DO NOT USE. They are the WORST.

NEC Financial Services s a great company! These guys have sponsored our local little league and are very active in their local community. Wonderful people
Read all of the small print, they put hidden language in the contract to try and over charge you at the end. Also very poor customer service.
I've never felt so cheated in my life, we were sold a payment via AT&T that all seemed great. Our payment escalated after a year and then we were stuck with a higher payment for essentially the same service. Then we started receiving collection calls. NEC and AT&T are clearly in bed here in a scam to rip off customers
This company has the rudest people I have ever had to deal with including the manager. I would not recommend to anyone.

If possible I would give them negative stars. Bait and switch with their AT&T partners. They offer one price but it doesn't stay at that price. Bad news and bad people. Not sure how these guys stay in business with these scams.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I signed a contract with these ripoff artists. My AT&T bill is much larger when it was prior to getting sold this BS bill of goods with this company. They sell you a price, it increases over the time and NEC is their hitman to do their collections. What a scam. How this is legal I have no idea.
