Horrible, horrible service! They blatantly lie to ...

Horrible, horrible service! They blatantly lie to their customer about delivery, while the delivery isn't even scheduled nor planned. Waiting for over two weeks for a parcel to deliver inside of Lithuania which took two days to travel from Germany. It's incomprehensible to me, how this company still exists!
