Gary in tech support and Amber in general, are first class operators. One of the few companies around these days that have any understanding of customer service. I am a life long user of Onkyo as I have always had a great experience with their gear and if there was any issues, Amber are always on top of it. Take your business here, no bells and whistles, just top line gear, knowledge and support, which is what is needed. These guys know their product and Onkyo knows sound technology.

I thought I had a problem with a bluetooth adapter...

I thought I had a problem with a bluetooth adapter arriving scratched. The customer service was amazing. They took it extremely seriously, sent a replacement, and when that seemed to be a problem too, stopped selling the product and checked them in person. It turned out to be a plastic film I hadn't noticed and nothing wrong with the product. They were brilliant throughout - quick to reply, serious in intent to provide great service, and always patient. I wish other companies were as good.

Rang last year about Warwick Bass Guitars and was told a big meeting with company was taking place and to give details and they would contact me ? There has been nothing since. The problem with musical instruments in Australia is lazy importers and even lazier retailers .. I now buy from overseas stores and get better service and prices . I would like to support local but cannot when local cannot even support themselves .

I was looking for the AccuEQ microphone for my Integra DHC-60.7 in which Ben gave me for free last Friday. Today, the technician had provided me the advice that solved the HDMI problem with my Integra DHC-60.7. What a big loss for us that Amber Technology is no longer looking after the Integra product lines.

Above and beyond after sales service provided for ...

Above and beyond after sales service provided for a set of Mackie speakers after the retailer they were purchased from (JB Hi-Fi) refused to assist. After this experience will definitely consider purchasing products that amber distribute / support in Australia.
