The service is disaster. Itella leaves parcel far away from home when I order home delivery. When I contact Itella customer support, they always have some silly excuses like the courier was busy (really?). I have given many chances to this company, but their services aren't improving at all. It is such a pity that Amazon still uses Itella, it hurts Amazon brand so much.
