Turner acceptance Corp. They are a crooked company.
Even though you have insuranceThey still try to charge you a feeAnd they keep charging this fee month to month even though you sent him copies of your insurance to them each month they say they didn't get a copied the right copy of the insurance which list them as additional insured which even though you get it tool in your insurance company send it to him they still say they didn't get it and still keep trying to charge you to think and give you the runaround and then they put you on hold and keep you on hold for an hour our own ends and tried to to try to make you go away people that do business this way should not be in business they should be in jail as most white-collar criminals that try to pull the scams that they pull so if anybody else has a problem with Turner acceptance along these lines please shoot this review are our call the Illinois State's Atty.'s office after this my letter will go out to them asking the state's attorney to look into Turner acceptance and the way they do business specially to look into Jonathan Levin so in ending if you're need the financial companies to finance any products for your home, cars or vehicles stay far far away from this company

If you need a loan for any emergency or for a new car this is the place to come to! Fast and friendly staff and great customer service! Thank you especially to Sarahi and Jackie for helping me out! You guys are great!

horrible experience. get hung up on. overcharge interest. get charged for auto insurance when i already have insurance. avoid this place.

I took out a personal loan and the process was fast. I didn't have to come in, everything was done online and I was able to get the loan deposited within minutes once it was approved. The agent that worked with me was very helpful and nice! Great customer service.

A friend of mines told me about this place years ago. I took out my first loan here to fix my car I had and paid them off. they were very professional and kind. Years had passed by before I went back to them for another loan and when I did come back I brought a friend with me I told her how good they are and she took outva loan too and paid them off...its like if I ever need some cash for whatever it is I can go to them....I don't make it a habit going to them only when I really need it....very convenient as long as you pay on time and pay them off their is no problem they even help boost your credit...I love Turner Acceptance

Karla was great! I came in late and she still helped me and made my experience excellent.

This company doesn t even deserve a star. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE THIEVES! All I wanted was a car loan and they can t even do that right. There customer service sucks! They are very cold with there customers and don t know how to run there business. They don t take accountability for there mess up. I m happy to say that I m done with them and will not do business with them again.

Please save your time and money. Do not go to this company for loans or any of their services. This is coming from a person who made every single payment every single month for 39 months with 2 one day late payments and a $3 difference on one payment because Their website gave me that amount due to pay. I was charge an extra $115 dollars for their mistake. Stop luring Hispanic people more then anyone to get any loans from your company. I ll be expecting my title and please also stop with the calls offering any more bs loans from your stupid company.

I came in to get a loan and was very nervous about the whole process but Karla made me feel comfortable and guided me through it all. Staff was friendly and vibe was mellow. They should give Karla raise for all the amazing work she does!!

Thank you Paula!!! I would like to recommend Turner to anyone who is looking to start building a credit, needs a car loan or personal loan. I am a car salesman myself and I ve been working with Turner (especially Western Ave location) for around 15 years getting car loans approved for my customers and never had any complications. I ve also got few personal loans before and it was always smooth and hassle free process. Interest is also very satisfying comparing to similar finance companies.

1 star here is why , due to the corona virus shutdown thousands of people had to face unemployment since april 2020 till now since the stay home order is still pending , governor pritzner passed executive order no.14 since march2020 ,section code (625) the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/3-114, regarding the repossession of vehicles, are suspended. No provision contained in this Executive Order shall be construed as relieving any individual of the obligation to make payments or comply with any other obligation that an individual may have pursuant to a loan agreement or otherwise. I made the payment this month , but since i had $600 dollars overdue it didn't go through even tho the web site said it did , now i had a certified extension on the $600 from corporate which was gonna get added at the end of the of the lease . 4 days ago my car got repo' , even tho i did make the monthly payment online , even tho i did had an approved extension from corporate , even tho the governor had a no repo order during covid19 passed since march2020 , not only that but their office is closed due to corona virus and now im getting charged every day the car is in pound . Nobody is answering the phones , no body is accepting payments , the online payments are not working , and the office is close and not taking appointment for 3 days now . This is garbage im sorry and im not working with them anymore and if you do , you are playing yourself .

I had a great experience with Turner Acceptance. Karla did a great job working with me to get my loan and her customer service was excellent. I'm happy I got the approval and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service, and professional staff.

Horrible, Horrible Company, totally ripped me off!!! The guy Mike makes unethical and illegal deals. The company is a FRUAD!!!! Whatever you do, don't do business with them!

I came from out of town to visit my family and i saw a nice car at sierra auto. They took me to turner acceptance and got everything done the same day. Yesmin took care of me and her service was excellent.

Extremely high interest rate, but they financed me with bad credit and little down a couple years ago.
They worked with me when I fell behind, even deferred some payments, very easy to work with.

Would use again, but hopefully I can get a better interest rate.

I have utilized Turner Acceptance several times and each time has been great the workers there are always friendly and make you feel welcome, I would recommend them to anyone who need money quick for whatever reason.

Predatory lending of subprime loans. Very shady. Staff could not explain rates or do basic arithmatic, manager needed to "google it" and laughed when I did not sign over concerns.

Very good service, the girls very friendly and if you carry all the requirements they ask for in 30 minutes you have your loan.

This place is a rip off ! Original amount of loan was for $7900. Had an accident insurance was going to pay it off. i was told i still owed the $2700 after the insurance because my loan was for $12,000. plus always charging me for insurance when i already had insurance

Post payments late! Charge late fees on on time payments, rude customer service agents and managers! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Total garbage. They keep you on hold forever because they know you will end up hanging up. DO NOT GET A LOAN with this company. They will sweet talk to you at first than you are trash to them.
