I have always had a great experience with Turner overall, but this location is by far the most consistent, helpful, and efficient. They always make an evident effort to make clients feel welcomed and appreciated. Every time I visit (it be to make a payment or to open a new account), they value my time. This branch specifically is committed to customer satisfaction -- with a wonderful branch manager Paula Morales. She's such lovely gal! Turner isn't just my go to place for loans, but a welcoming place with very helpful and understanding staff. Thank you to the Western Ave Team!
