DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! This is a predatory lending firm!!!!!
If they finance any type of a loan for you, you will end up paying heavily for it......they started garnishing my wages for a 20 year old loan I got from them, paid off, and I couldn't fight back because I didn't save my paperwork...the loan a furniture company took out in my name to finance my purchase was for $600....i paid half of it off before i returned the furniture due to manufacturing defects, got a different set and paid the remaining difference...turner was notified of this as they were no longer a creditor.....20 years later, the $400 i owed them on the original contract balooned to $3600.....the joint chevking account i had w my family was frozen and my wages started getting garnished at 20% of net.....do you have contracts and receipts you signed 20 years ago?!?!?! Because thats what the judge asked me in order to prove my case.....This is what they do....they have lawyers that are permanently assigned to the Daley plaza court getting judgments issued on their behalf because the "defendants-YOU" never got served.....i know how hard it is to try to get credit, but trust me when i say; you dont want to see yourself 20 years from now, after all the hard work to build your credit and reputation, to watch these parasites crawl out in court waving some technicality you never even knew about until it was too late!!!! If you read this review and have any questions please contact me directly, I will be more than happy to answer and explain just how sheisty this operation is....whatever you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad customer service called to make a payment the person who answered my call got all my information except for credit card #. It was a few minutes before closing time & then out of nowhere the call drops at exactly 6:00pm the person did not bother calling me to do payment...I tried calling but went to voicemail. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very good service that of Miss KARLA IS VERY PROFETIONAL AND A VERY FRIENDLY PERSON.

I hear the bad reviews, but I haven't had a problem with them. I pay my bill between the due date and the grace period. They will call you on one day after the due date if you haven't paid.

They reposesed my car when I was only 20 days late! I got it back and paid the car off ASAP and they tried to give me some of my repossession fees back but that did not make up for the damage the tow truck driver did to my bumper. Bad business company I had spoke to David and he told me I would be ok so there were communication but I guess they want your car! I'm now finance with wells Fargo for a BMW 750 and will never do business with them again!

Unbelievably terrible customer service and won't stop charging me for insurance I already have, but then won't answer my calls when I try to pay it off. This place is ran very poorly.

I've always had a pretty smooth and relaxing experience in and out everytime I don't think it gets any better whenever your in you should see Karla she makes things very easy and comfortable
