1 star here is why , due to the corona virus shutdown thousands of people had to face unemployment since april 2020 till now since the stay home order is still pending , governor pritzner passed executive order no.14 since march2020 ,section code (625) the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/3-114, regarding the repossession of vehicles, are suspended. No provision contained in this Executive Order shall be construed as relieving any individual of the obligation to make payments or comply with any other obligation that an individual may have pursuant to a loan agreement or otherwise. I made the payment this month , but since i had $600 dollars overdue it didn't go through even tho the web site said it did , now i had a certified extension on the $600 from corporate which was gonna get added at the end of the of the lease . 4 days ago my car got repo' , even tho i did make the monthly payment online , even tho i did had an approved extension from corporate , even tho the governor had a no repo order during covid19 passed since march2020 , not only that but their office is closed due to corona virus and now im getting charged every day the car is in pound . Nobody is answering the phones , no body is accepting payments , the online payments are not working , and the office is close and not taking appointment for 3 days now . This is garbage im sorry and im not working with them anymore and if you do , you are playing yourself .
