For a one night stand it was alright. The problem with the Turim hotels is that there are two or more in the same town and they have the same name but no other identification so it was confusing to get to the right one and let me tell you that we are organized travelers....

Clean, comfortable, somewhat away from the center but well connected. From the airport, lines 744 and 783 leave you near, stop Campo Pequeno. Breakfast 10 Lunch 24 . I had breakfast at the bar next door for less than 2 and even the hotel employees had coffee there. Somewhat outdated, there are no plugs for the charger on the bedside table. The toilet lid was fucked underneath. I asked the receptionist for directions to take a bus and did not give me the best ones. Booked by booking, I asked for a double bed and they do not answer you and I am not the first one who happens to you. They charged me 7 from the minibar for some drinks I had not taken, I claimed by email and they do not answer until you notify them that you will report to the issuer of the credit card.

Average for the price. The rooms are small but if your only sleeping it's okay. Good location.

I came from there recently and I confess taking the recheissed breakfast and the good location not far from the metro of the small camp, would not give more than 2 stars to this hotel, where on NET it marks 4estrelas and in fact neither the employees have knowledge of some there have been days. NET is very bad. The previous month I stayed in the same street in another 2 star hotel where service of reception, friendliness, room service and care of furniture and toilets were much higher.

Warm welcome, but room smell so bad !! Very expensive mini-bar and shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was okay.

Good value for money, close to the metro, clean but lacking maintenance room, clogged washbasin, gray and worn toilet towel, shower screen that is not waterproof, noisy depending on the room (street side), friendly and professional team , in summary an old 4 *

The Hotel has excellent service. It just deserves some maintenance or renovation. Breakfast with good variety. Good location, close to metro.

When I went, they had a Happy Hour from 6pm to 8pm at the bar. But the cocktails are horrible.

NICE hotel in the heart of Lisbon. CLEAN rooms and everything you need. The staff is very nice and helpful. AIRPORT HUTTLE for 2 persons 16 Euro from the hotel.
BREAKFAST was good and adequate.
By taxi for about 6-7 euros to the old town.
In the vicinity numerous restaurants and a supermarket Lidl.

Sympathetic welcome, the wifi does not work perfectly on all floors, the card is demagnetized every day so obliged to go back to the home to ask for a new one.

Well connected to the metro, but far from the center

We stayed at this hotel for a week. At the breakfast, in which we once participated, we would be asked 6x for our room number, again from the same person.
We had several times to ask for a blanket, either because we had no or no relation in the room. In addition, the fridge in our room did not work and the TV often rustled.
After 2 days, one heard a constant hammering every day. That started early in the morning. From 22:30 o'clock on us apparently rooms were changed, because it was always moved furniture over the floor.
Under a 4 star hotel we imagined something different.

Not a great visit this time :-( After staying at this hotel several times, we used to find it a great find, until our last visit. The rooms were not cleaned properly. When having dinner, we had to wait over 20 minutes after having had our starters because no one was around. When I found the lady who was serving, she was on her mobile phone! The hotel staff didn't seem to care and the manager as not called after two weeks to address the problem!

The room where I was alone had 2 plugs and at the other end of the bed. The rest very well.

It's a nice and clean Hotel and the staff are very helpful , I would have given it 5 stars but it lost one star for the Breakfast... The scrambled eggs and beans where cold , the coffee wasn't good..and for a 4 star Hotel the orange juice should be real and not watered down from a maschine.

The hotel has everything you need for a short city break. The room was clean and quiet. However, I do not see four stars here, vlt with good will. Three. Unfortunately, the staff is not very attentive, emails are unresponsive and not respected on customer property, thanks for that. You should also not send mail through the hotel, this never arrived :-(

Terrible, 4 stars but the smell of the rooms was worrying. When we checked out they wanted to charge us for the girl who was included in the reservation 150.

I did not think it was good enough for a 4star hotel, it left td to be desired.

Because the Parking was full i was offered to park in front of hotel for free. Breakfast was diverse and good.

The room could have been cleaner the baby bed presented several holes. I would not give it to guests of my house.

A hotel near public transport and airport. Good rooms and attentive staff. Full buffet. The parking lot is expensive and small, but compensates. Because there is a blue zone

Hotel comfortable and pleasant. Very good staff attention. To improve, the breakfast coffee is horrible and the bar quite expensive. For the all very good.

Beware of overbooking, downgraded rooms without warning (they will try to stick you in a downgrade and hope you don't notice), and immature staff...

I don't understand how it has 4 stars, the soundproofing of the rooms is practically non-existent, the internet access via the wi-fi is ridiculous, my smartphone has a bigger screen than the TV in the room.
The most funny thing was that after checking in, I go up to the room and check that there is a suitcase inside, I call the reception and the receptionist comes ... take the suitcase and tell me that there was an exchange of bedrooms ?!
There are better alternatives nearby and some even at a much better price.

Booked a suite weeks in advance. Arrived to unprofessional staff who mocked us in Portuguese thinking we only understood English. Went to our room only be given a tiny room with no mention, despite clearly providing documents that stated we had a suite
When we inquired after seeing the room staff said they were fully booked and refused compensation for the mistake - and intended on charging us at the rate for the suite.

Three stars for a three star hotel. Clean but old. Decent breakfast but very poor coffee and juices sweet like hell. Far from the centre but perhaps a cheaper option in the high season.

Reception staff very friendly. The room was good. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Value for money very good price. I'll be back again another time. I recommend.

Hotel very good, the view in the backyard is honestly rather ugly and the other guests made me a pseudo elite impression. All in all OK, but next time I would book something more alternative - because of the guests

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and very clean. Very close to a metro station. They had a shuttle to the airport that was only 16 euro as of Feb 2020.
