Very good place for gathering or arrange an event like Mikrotik did last time. Good experience :)

Adopter for charging of Mobile camera such device was a issue... But rooms were good.. Break fast awesome.. Centrally located

Loved our stay here, best to choose rooms on the upper floors.

Very nice service, the entrance is a little hard to find and not a super neighborhood. Rooms are good and I loved the ironing appliance and coffee in the room with supply of decaf!

Room clean.The hotel was noisy we had poor sleep during the night into early mornings. Some of the reception stuff not hospitable.

Comfortable stay.. great location having connectivity to most parts of the city.. very warm and welcoming staff

Me and my wife had a cancelled flight and had to stay over for a whole day.
It was worth it, it has amazing food, although I didn't like the selection at lunch it still was brilliantly performed. Staff is extremely kind. The rooms are cozy and have a good bathroom.
If there was one thing I had to complain it would be the fact I couldn't stay for more additional time.

Room was very clean, Beds are very comfortable, and the staff is great. Would gladly stay again in the future.

Very good location: near metro station, easy to get to the tourist places. There were surprising amount of airplanes passing by rather low on the way to the airport.
No real gym.the regular holiday inn experience.

Nice and clean hotel, staff is very friendly. Nice that it is near all the transit systems and away from the super touristy areas so it is very reasonably priced. My only issue is the cleaning people do not respect the do not disturb sign and not stop knocking.

A great location, very nice rooms, a very helpful staff, a fantastic breakfast and very good restaurant. Without doubt I would stay there again.

Comfortable, tidy and clean room. Unfortunately not much of a view from the window.
The breakfast buffet was very good with many different options.
The staff were not that great. For example, when it got busy at the breakfast buffet, the staff were not handling it very well, there were queues and there was a constant lack of plates/cutlery.
Also at the check-in and -out, the receptionists were very slow and apathetic.
The location is very good. It's not in the historic centre, but there's a metro station 5 mins away (the metro network is excellent) and a train station 10 mins away. There's also a lot of nice restaurants nearby and the area is quiet.

Good hotel, a bit far from the typical sightseeing places. Free parking through Booking was amazing

It's nice and regular hotel. Nothing special to add up. Executive rooms are big and spacious. Gym, small shop is quite handy. Breakfast has some good spread but regular holiday inn menu. Staff are friendly and polite.

Very central to Lisbon city centre, he'd a very enjoyable long weekend stay here...

Went to wrong hotel, staff reluctant to help to get to other Holiday Inn. This would not be the case with Dimitri @ Holiday Inn Lisbon !

Clean and decent place, friendly staff. Rooms a bit outdated. No free bottle of water. Expensive minibar.

Very good staff members, so helpful and very professional .
I like how they deal and gave us complementary water and fruits for the extra days.

But we didn't like that they didn't add coffee and water in everyday as any other hotels beside it's pricey compared to other 4 stars hotels.

Not up to the normal holiday inn standards. Feels like they bought this and just put their name on it.constantly had to ask for towels, soap, etc. Location is close to metro stop though which was convenient

Small rooms but quiet and not too far from town center

The hotel is 3 mins from a metro station, although it's a little dated but it's clean. The problem is their customer service. Check in, check out, or requesting help, they don't smile nor make you feel welcome. I've interacted with 4 people in the front desk, all men, except one is a little nicer, everyone else seems they hated the job.

Old hotel needs some modern refurbishment. good location in middle of everything. Staffs get 5 out of 5, friendly, eager to serve very helpfull especially the people at the restaurant below.

Huge hotel, rooms are okay but quite dark. Service is okay, lobby very messy. For the price and the chain I would expect more.

Nice staff, not located at the historic center but for someone looking to park the car and use the nearby metro, parking is cheap and downtown is only a few minutes away

Very bad hotel . AC no working . Was very hot in the bedroom and the smoke bedroom stay in the same are of non smoke . Smell cigarettes all floor. Very bad experience.

We just stayed here for one night and that was OK. We had a big bed with good pillows and slept well. The hotel itself is very old-fashioned and it was very busy this morning at the breakfast buffet. Gym is a joke.

For the moment can not tell waiting in the reception since 25 minutes and there is no progress

You get what you expect. That s the positive on IHG Hotels globally. Big rooms, friendly staff. Close to the airport (10min by car).

Comfortable hotel, questionable food, the staff at the reception were not always very helpful, we waited a very long time to get a meal voucher and had to wait to use a service lift for accessible access to the restaurant but for the most part they were lovely. The rooms are nice, only 1 tv channel so you dont speak or understand Portuguese you'll be a bit stuck on that front! Theres no extraction so my room got very humid when I had a shower which was annoying and there were lots of silver fish in there. USB ports near the bed are so useful! The restaurant is nice and clean however the food isn't great and theres not a lot of choice.

Nice clean rooms and well maintained. Didn't give 5 stars because I found the staff at the reception desk not very friendly or welcoming. Hardly smile and came across as very cold.

Nice hotel for quick stays. A little outdated decor but very clean. Breakfast was filling and nice, tried some new Lisbon foods. Dinner portions were absolutely YUGE! Kids eat free here, that's what drew us since ours can really eat. Tip: IHG members: 3 kids eat free even if you don't have 3 adults. We had to talk to the manager to clarify as they thought it was only 2 only.

Check in was quick, people at the desk were helpful. Great location-close to the metro, shops etc. Easy commute to the core and airport. Rooms are a good size for 3. The bathroom lacks an exhaust fan so the room gets muggy pretty quickly after a shower. The window opens no screen be careful!

I loved it. Beds were very comfy, great breakfast with lots of choices and professional friendly staff.
Although not close to the center, we took advantage of the beautiful weather and walked to the garden, mall and bus stop.

According to the price,room is not good.Services are fine.

10mns away from Colombo Shopping mall, walk distance to restaurants and bars. Buffett breakfast available for purchase, clean rooms, overnight parking available and you can come in and out, garage didn't have a very plesant smell, other than that perfect!

Don t go here. Absolutely not worth your money. There are cheaper hotels that are much nicer in the area. Very very outdated. Buffet was horrible and you have to sit in the basement. Rooms are not isolated so I heard the slamming of doors until I fell asleep at 3AM. Called the reception 3 times before that to Please do something about it. Nothing happened. Not suitable for kids, Nothing to do in the hotel. It s also not in the city centre But in a bankig district. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Holiday inn. Basic but rooms are clean and comfortable. Bar is quite nice with decent sport TVs. Gym, however is shockingly poor. Picture of rowing - no machine, 1 treadmill working- other not plugged in so assume broken, bike - broken handles, weight bench - no free weights.

Good hotel for the price and location js great for airport. Rooms are on the larger side and comfortable. Quick Uber ride to old town and the waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff.

Too long wait lines for check in, breakfast is average. The cleaning lady was excellent the room is much cleaner than most hotels.

We stayed here one night due to a flight cancellation. We arrived to the hotel and after doing the check-in, the concierge told us they would pack our breakfast to-go for the following morning since we had to leave 30 minutes before the restaurant opened. In the morning when we were checking-out, we aked the receptionist for our breakfast and he simply said I don t have your breakfast , he repeated the same sentence various times with complete disregard for us. If we would ve known, we would ve had breakfast arrangements elsewhere, but by then we had the taxi waiting for us and had to go straight to the airport. I wouldn t stay here again and I wouldn t recommend it to anyone if you care about hospitality.

It's a short taxi drive into the main City. Lovely hotel with comfortable bed and pillows.

Room was clean, bathroom too, but we was in a room with the door to the other room. We couldn't sleep because people in other room was noisy. The door shoud be better!

Nice hotel make sure you select train station view . You get a very good view of trains, air plane landing and beautiful sunset.

Rooms are great. Beds are so comfortable. Showers are hot! And the breakfast buffet lasts all morning and is amazing! It doesn't get any better.

Very nice hotel..very little parking though..Nicely situated 5 minutes to mall and shops and of course food ...rooms very nicely decorated and the amenities were great...

Terrible place. Someone stole my belongings at the hotel (inside the hotel) and they did nothing to help.

Nice hotel for a business trip. Beds are great and pillows are huge and very comfortable. Breakfast with great selection but very busy at rush hour - between 8/9am, so try to get there a bit before 8am and you'll be allright, otherwise you might have to wait a bit for a table.

Room was ok exactly as expected, but wifi was very poor, dropped out every 3-4 minutes and had to reconnect. Poor mobile signal to fallback to on the 13th floor as well.

Great room, great bed. Outside of the touristy area. Great local fair. I want to return for culinary fare.
