Very good hotel. Impeccable service. Excellent breakfast.

Very good room and hotel, quiet street., Good breakfast and value for money.

I liked it a lot, but the internet did not work very well and the shower was not well closed, so when bathing there was plenty of water everywhere in the bathroom. However the small lunch was very good and the staff is friendly!

I visited for a meal. For some reason, the spring rolls of shrimp were delicious.

Staff very friendly, the gentleman at the bar is charming and a lot of patience with our Portuguese French! He speaks a little French and makes efforts to inform us. It is adorable!
The room is nickel, the service is efficient, well located in the city .... I recommend!

This is an excellent hotel for a city trip. Room was fine with a well-controlled air conditioning. The windows could also be opened so that fresh air can enter. Good breakfast that goes with this good price quality. Room and hotel are neatly maintained.

Very nice hotel, situated in the center of old town. The room is generally clean and nice. The TV is small (some 12 ). The room is also small but can be managed by two guests. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room and toilet are clean. However, place needs a bit of touching up especially the bath room. Brilliant breakfast staff and chamber maids are awesome doing their jobs.

Modern hotel in the center of Lisbon. Very convenient for transport having the metro stop about 200 meters away. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Unfortunately the double bed was not very comfortable. Very good cleaning.
The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Weak wifi signal everywhere, if that is important to you for work, be aware of it.

Family hotel where returning is a taste. Served ne home for almost 5 years. Close to everything.

Bed is very comfortable. WiFi works well. There is a small private parking lot which costs 15 per day. Do not like the radio in the room. No bottles of water for guests. TV is quite small. The front desk is quite busy so some waiting time.

It's a good place.
But when I went to use the bathtub in the bathroom the rubber that closes was destroyed,
The tv command did not work, basic things that should be observed, before the customer enters the room!

A little away from the center, but well connected by metro.

The hotel is central to everything. Around the corner from good food and the Campo Pequeno. Airport is less than 9 mins away. Do not walk it, all highway enclosed. Just in case you were tempted. I liked the late room checkout option $40 euros for an additional 4hrs. Yes!! Spacious rooms.

Hotel in a strategic position. Comfort and hospitality prevail over everything. Our room was nice spacious and clean with a wonderful private balcony. The staff was always friendly even when we had a problem with the electronic key, they immediately proceeded to resolve. When I return to Lisbon I will definitely stay again

This was an excellent hotel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast was also excellent.

I booked incorrect dates by mistake, and having no availability of the dates I needed, agreed to cancel the reservation at no cost. Good detail of Hotel that not everyone would do, so I give it 5 stars despite not getting to stay. I also thank Booking for acting as an intermediary.

Nice hotel with friendly employees, It where great days here in Portugal and in the hotel.

The rooms are clean, have everything you need (including kettle and fridge). Good breakfasts. Friendly staff. Close to the metro (3 minutes with a suitcase), which allows you to easily get from the airport! Great wifi! They made almost 50% discount as conference participants.
