Noah's the garbage, they haven't had a h43 battery since the first month. Btw Warranty IS A YEAR OF DAY ON MOBILE BUT ONLY 3 JBN MONTHS ON BATTERY.

The employees are kind and provide additional information. The service on the goods purchased is well organized. Parking and entrance are suitable for the disabled.

I'm terribly disappointed. Before the weekend when black friday discounts were announced everywhere, I opened their page on Thursday and saw that the discounts had already started. I order 3 items on Thursday night and receive a confirmation mail on Friday morning that the order has been received and will arrive in 2-3 business days. On Monday I get a new mail that there are none of the 3 things I ordered (although 2 out of 3 are still on the web shop) So instead of sending me immediately on Friday that no, instead of a confirmation email I could look elsewhere which interests me. This is how I lost all 3 things, missed all the discounts in other places, and was left with just their excuse to no avail.

Very catastrophically poor service ..... HORROR from the repairer and the team working there, all the scientists practicing on your cell phones and having no idea about repair. 4 cell phones I sent there for service with every one there was a problem, either they don't fix the fault or come back with another fault.

The last problem the cellphone did not want to charge, namely mechanical damage. Out of all 20 cell phones I have, only ZOPO devices have the same error (4 cell phones zopo) and they tell me it's mechanical damage. And putting trash from micro usb connectors in my cellphone is my fault .. CATASTROPHY, pathetic and miserable croatia

I bought a Hangar 18 tablet at Konzum. After two months it could not be started. I took him to Konzum and they sent him to Koprivnica for service. After a while, they called me and asked for 150 kuna for repair because the usb switch was broken. I did not consent because the tablet was sent for reclamation whole. They returned my tablet in two parts ????
If you want to preserve nerves do not buy from them, if you bought forget about the warranty. Service rating is -1

About 6 months ago, I bought a noa hummer, which is marketed as ip68 (shock, dust, moisture resistant), first dropped from my jacket at less than a meter in height, cracking the screen along with a protective glass.
after its replacement it slid down from even lower height, so now only the protective glass has broken. The ip68 should mean that when dropped from 1.8 meters the cellphone remains intact with other features. The warranty does not cover these cases because, to quote a contact from Hangar 18, "how can we know that the cellphone did not fall from the skyscraper," so I am completely disappointed.
The only really good thing is the 5000mA battery, even if the usb port is loose, so charging and transmission with the cable is problematic. I would prefer to give a rating in minus but not pass.

NOA devices are of poor quality without adequate service. The minimum standby time for the device repair is 30 days and is likely to be charged for repairs even though the device is under warranty.
