Had a terrible membership cancellation experience. I had made several attempts at cancelling my membership(I also physically went there to cancel it). I got a verbal confirmation in regards to my cancellation request. 3 weeks later I get charged and recieve an email saying they can't cancel my membership if I don't email them. It seems like there is a confusion with the channels supporting each experience/task and a lack of an efficient system design. As a customer I expect to be able to cancel a membership online, over the phone or in person since I can create a membership and book a class through these channels.
The instructors are great, and the classes keep you motivated and coming back for more!
Caveat: I'm not the biggest fan of TRX. I think that the class I took (TRX Evolution) was good, but it didn't push me as much as I wish it did. I wish the movements were harder, or we did more reps. I think with this class, the reps are too low (and the intensity too low) for it to be a great workout. They also don't use weights - they strictly use the TRX bands. The classes can also get really full which makes it hard for you to move around for some TRX moves.
TRX Training center has very attentive instructors and it's a great place to get a total body work out.
Always a great workout with focus on form and proper technique. Top notch trainers and a fun, motivating atmosphere in each and every class I have taken. Particularly impressed with the direction TRX is going with MAPS and the emphasis on movement and can't wait to see how this progresses
Streamlined registration and check in process. Dedicated team members who deliver a kick ass work out. Clean and well appointed showered locker room. It's the TRX Mecca.
Seriously my favorite way to really get in shape. Full body workouts no matter what class you take. Your arms will get sculpted better here than any other class or weight routine I've tried. Miguel is my favorite but you really can't go wrong with any of the instructors they're all really experinced and have awesome personalities.
I've been doing TRX at the "source" for 8 years and love it.
I love TRX! I am going to snap out of my Private Benjamin mode after 3 months~ tis the goal to build strength, endurance and be able to lift a truck (figure of speech)
Best trx in the city, but you gotta pay for the quality.
Give TRX a shot. Your first class is always a little awkward, sometimes its not easy to get your footing in the suspended straps. Don't let that deter you. Give it a two week trial and you will notice your balance improve, and the straps will become another extension of yourself. You will gain confidence in each movement and get some serious results!! In 6 mos. I have lost 20 lbs and gained so much muscle/strength. The coaches are amazing and will help you meet your fitness goals if you ask for advice.

Worst customer service I have ever seen!! Bought trx and it s being shipped to the wrong address and sent 6 emails to support and no one will answer them or call me!! Can t believe I can t get what I paid for!!! If I could of given a lower score I would have!!
Great workout in a timely manner. You can tailor it to your needs as well. Worth it!
Hands on trainers and quality equipment will have you sweating your abs off.
This workout is a mixture btwn pilates, HIIT, and hard yoga.

Been here a couple of times for classes through classpass. I really love the instructors and the challenge here. I use classes mostly as an accessory to my running and powerlifting and it s perfect with TRX because they make me do the things I don t wanna do.
I have been training 3 times a week with Chris since the end of June and i cannot compliment him enough. He spent the first few weeks working with me to perfect my form in each exercise and once i had a perfected each, we worked on adding weight to each exercise.
