I think that the class I took (TRX Evolution) was good, but it didn't push me as much as I wish it did. I wish the movements were harder, or we did more reps. I think with this class, the reps are too low (and the intensity too low) for it to be a great workout.

They also don't use weights - they strictly use the TRX bands.

The classes can also get really full which makes it hard for you to move around for some TRX moves.
