Half of my LG OLED tv panel was getting dimmer. There was a line down the middle. Called LG. They referred me to Paul's TV. Paul's tv scheduled a time for their tech to come out. He was on-time both times he came out. He inspected it. They ordered a new panel. Within 4 days the panel arrived and the tech installed it within 30 minutes. Everything under LG warranty. The tv looks outstanding. Thanks Paul's TV. Great work.

Purchased a 75" SAMSUNG Ultra HD TV during the black Friday week and literally 2 weeks after the 90 day return policy expired a permanent vertical blue line appeared on the screen. Sergey from Paul's TV was sent out as the TV was still under the manufacturers warranty. He showed up exactly in the time he said he would and within 30 minutes completely replaced and assembled the new screen onto my TV. He was courteous, professional and an expert technician. I was more than pleased with his work and would highly recommend his company and service. He even gave me a few tips on calibrating a nicer picture!! Two thumbs UP!!

There's a problem with my UN55ES8000, Samsung remote support was unable to fix it. Called Netflix and AT&T, nobody can fix it either. So Samsung decided to do a home repair by sending a technician to my house. That tech came from Paul's TV located in Chatsworth, his name is Grant. He's nice and able to fix the issue by changing the main board. Now my Smart TV is working just fine... Thanks to Samsung for great customer service. Thanks to Grant for fixing my Smart TV. Will not go to other brand for sure..

Their technician arrived as promised and completed the repair of my TV carefully and completely. He had previously arranged to have the correct material to do the work and did the installation of the components paying attention to detail and with care. I am totally satisfied with his excellent work and recommend this company as one that you can count on to provide wonderful service from the person who coordinates the work in the office to those working in the field to complete the repair!

Very knowledgeable about the power supply I had, good communication and good turn around getting it fixed. Rate was reasonable considering and saved me a lot of money over having to buy a whole new switch as the manufacturer insisted was the only way to resolve it. Works like a charm now.
