We ve been waiting for the residential refrigerator to be available in our area. Unfortunately, this company does not care about loyalty and about American wanting to buy USA made products. All they seem to care about is money and more money. It is definitely unfortunate because we had out kitchen cabinets customer made for their refrigerator but based on their lack of customer service care, we will redirect of money towards a more reputable company that knows how to treat people.

Thanks Michelle for not following through and not making an attempt to work with the customer. We simply asked for you to honor the price this far at the end of year for a few more weeks to get things in order to make this huge investment purchase.

Hopefully more people read how terrible your customer service is and they realize they are better companies out there that do truly care about customer service and NOT just making the extra buck.

Been working here for 8 months, it has its ups and down but just try your hardest and strive for success and you will be fine

This place is an absolute nightmare. I worked for them for 7 months, when I tell my story of mistreatment you won't want to work for these slave drivers. They may pay good but the pay hides the crap you deal with. I got my job threatened for something people before never did. I tried to keep my quality up, which they strive to uphold... but I was to picky. I was denied promotions because I didn't put enough in my answers, which they didn't ask the questions in that manner. Working for true will make you regret you decision. When I found a new job and put in my two weeks, they treated me like crap, I ended up not completing my two weeks and walked out at the end of my shift and never returned. Working for them is a fate worse than death.

Narcissists are consumed with maintaining a shallow false self to others. They're emotionally crippled souls that are addicted to attention. Because of this they use a multitude of games, in order to receive adoration. Sadly, they are the most ungodly of God's creations because they don't show remorse for their actions, take steps to make amends or have empathy for others. They are morally bankrupt.

Thanks god that i left this place. They say equal opportunity for everyone on the paper. But they do there way. If you're a color person you're not getting what other's get. Such as training new people incentives. Leadership positions. And more opportunity.

Friendly customer service. I just wish I did not have to wait on hold for so long, I tend to get busy and being on hold waiting for someone to pick up for 15-30 mins is time consuming.

Great business with very honorable owners, and management.

I bought a new True sandwich prep table for $2400.....went out on me after 15 months of use...capillary line in the line set developed a hole from rubbing againts the other line...none of these lines are easily accessed without taking off a panel on the back. So, not because of customer neglect or opp error, the 1 year parts warranty shouldn't be preventing me from having my equipment fixed. The repair costs should be covered by True Manf since it is manf error.

You guys know how terrible the year 2020 has been? Imagine that every single day for the rest of your life while working here. There s zero appreciation for their employees, unless of course you count the expired Gatorade they give you in the summer time when it s 110 degrees (only 1 per person). Let s not forget the holiday nuts. A list of complaints that go unanswered only Toby Flenderson can compare. Be positive they say, your co-workers are the highlight here. They deserve better.

Worked for true and absolutely loved my job! But when there are good sides there are also bad that is in any place you work. Its hard work but with the right people can be fun. Me and my friend was hired around the same time. We were placed in different places which we figured but if you ask her she loves it and is still there and me i loved the job but my supervisor was the death of me. I went to hr and complained but it really did me no good but my supervisor being more bad at me to a point that everyday i was told its my fault my line was failing and over time even though i was the cleaner i didnt build our fridges and thats why our line failed every inspection almost for the whole five months I was there. I had people coming to me saying to the line i was placed in was the worse lines to be placed in all the builds. I got the chance to met other supervisors in other builds and it was like night and day they were amazing people and i did try to transfer but like my supervisor said when he found out that i was leaving the line that i wasnt going. Then refused to let me transfer and did what he could to not let me transfer which he did. But besides my experience if i could go back i would i loved my job like i said and if i knew i wouldn't go back to that line id go back in a heartbeat. Training was amazing best i ever had and soo many good people there. My bulid trainer was so awesome and all the caring people coming to me from other buildings trying to help me transfer truly cared and i felt that but i feel i got that one bad seed in that building but this job was worth the experience

Terrible company. They do not stand behind their products. I have three under counter unites (wine, beverage and kegorator) all three have had a closed system issue in the first 4 years of ownership and the kegorator just had its second issue. I would not recommend these products unless you want continual issues.

this place is a sweatshop plain and simple. people walk out of this place every single day. that's why they hire entire groups of new hires at LEAST once a month. because nobody stays here. ....people are expected to work at a FRANTICALLY fast pace in everything that you're doing. so fast that it's completely unsafe. even if the production line slows down and you have nothing to do. the "line leaders" or supervisors or whatever they call them here stand and watch people (even new hires) with stop watches and tell people everything is too slow. ,,,,,if you don't act like you are horribly afraid of losing your job and afraid of the line leaders or whatever- basically afraid of everything -- they will fire you for "going too slow" .... if you actually try to be safe and do a good job -- they will harass you here. nobody cares about safety -- production numbers is what they want and they couldn't care less about how many people walk off the job every day they have a group of new hires coming soon. ....if you aren't doing your "group stretching activities" enthusiastically enough every day - they will harrass you....ect ect ect.... this is a real life 3rd world sweatshop right here in ofallon mo u.s.a. ...if this place could pay people one dollar a day and make them work 23 hours a day it would lol

Been working at the bowling green location for almost 2 months. It is without a doubt the best job I've had. Hard work, but in my opinion it's fun work. Supervisors and management are incredibly nice and very helpful. As long as you aren't afraid of hard work, you'll like it here to I'm sure.

If you deliver with a dry van just watch out for the unloader. He will leave nails sticking up on your floor and of course any wood etc ... I pulled the nails and wood on site and put it all in their trash cans at the dock. Lol

I'm writing this review with as little bias as possible as I was just laid off from them yesterday. I will say that True handles itself professionally and unprofessionally at the same time. The day-to-day work load was fine and most of the supervisors I encountered were of upstanding position but communication with supervision is at a low. There are numerous times when nobody knows what is going on due to constant changes and not enough time to inform anyone of the changes. Also, the way in which I was let go(among numerous other people as well) was the most unprofessionally situation I dealt with. We were basically all let go right after our benefits kicked in. Not saying they do this often, but often enough where I could tell the speech they gave was well rehearsed. True Manufacturing needs improvement.
*Along with some of the other reviews I did feel a sense of racism in the air, nothing blatant but definitely subtle

I have worked for True for 25 years. And in that time period I have witnessed this company strive to do better in its relationships with its employees and customers. The improvements I have seen over the decades are the types of things that will continue to draw people in and keep us at the forefront of our specialty. Not everyone will be satisfied and that's just a fact of life, but if you are not afraid of hard work and have a good work ethic then succeeding at this company will not be a issue... Whether it's success at just doing the job on a daily basis or success at moving up vertically in the company. It's up to the individual and their desire to do and be the best at what they are doing. Same principle goes with virtually every area of life.

This place sucks to work at upper management are totally disconnected from reality, and workers are treated like slaves. Learn how to value human beings.

Very rude receptionist. I called about some simple business. She informed me to send only via mail to the logistics. Just following up 4 months later to see if the letter was even received. I spent an hour writing a nice letter. I would assume a return letter if your not interested. Just not sure if these were her values or the companies.

great product i am a refrigeration tech and i always recommend it to my costumers as far as tech support and parts department warranty department are great profetional people

The weekly paychecks and the ok salary wage was nice but to be harassed and singled out and treated differently than other co-workers is an issue. It wasn't about race, religion or sexuality. It was about the brown nosers and certain management having their heads up each other's asses that they couldn't see the issue in front of them to correct it. If it's not pertaining to them or their family, they can care less about you or your family. If it wasn't for the way I was treated at this location, I would still be working here because I liked the type of work that I was doing. The Pacific location out does this O'Fallon location on so many levels. I should've went back to Pacific because this location has too many issues going on.

If your African American/ Mexican you wont make it @ True. They are prejudice. They pick a work area where they feel you wont make it. But they dont know brown people have worked harder than others all their lives so, the work load isn't nothing to do on a regular. Forklift drivers ride pass where A.A/ Mexicans work and yell Cukoo..Cukoo.. Thats a calling to fellow KKK members Leads bosses even return the call. They will sit at picnic table on breaks and cough while we sit next to them.Let me tell you a secret that what the KKK do when A.A/Mexicans is in arm reach of them. They fired a white guy for taking a A.A home everyday. True cant keep workers the plant is hot 100 degrees in summer. You sweat standing still. If you don't have a problem with the coughing,job being sabotaged,race jokes,KKK calling get your money and good luck. But Pressure burst pipes those days are long gone. You can do better .True gets one star because i paid a few bills..Overtime you will not get.

Terrible business. They refuse to return the wrong shelf that they sent me and now I'm stuck with a shelf that I can't use. Ordered through Katom and neither will discuss the matter further with me. Awful customer service.

Tried getting a job here basically I over qualify for any position they have available, unfortunately i did not get the job because I told them I was a temp a few years prior....so basically didn't get the job because I was discriminated against....being a temp to pay Bill's is how life goes and companies like this discriminate towards that it's not legal and there should be somthing done about it....got me a job at another place already so not ranting just stating what had happened good luck!

Fired my son for missing 2 days for emergency Wisdom teeth extraction. He went through the proper channels, told his supervisor on several occasions, actually gave him an email address if he couldn't talk to use to call off. He requested non narcotics for pain management so he could return to work on Monday. He is devastated by the termination and being escorted off the premises. 19 years old, TRUE really taught him a lesson.
