As other people say - the staff at main store seem both poorly trained and badly managed. Some are disinterested (talking about who can beat up who) and don't care about customers. A bizarre shop and so bad when compared to customer service in US. The guy with the pony tail in the smaller shop is great though. They should all learn from him.
The store owner (Andy small-man-syndrome Beagley) is a specimen, profoundly and notably incompetent at handling some what challenging customer queries. In fact, I recall him not being able to remember two, TWO, items and loosing his mind at a customer who interrupted his fragile trail of thought whilst frantically search HIS OWN STORE for two items. With one, there is no problem ever. It is only when a sequence, that is two clothing items or something similar, is involved. For such a task he requires absolute distilled silence. It is like watching your grandmother type on a keyboard; painful. You just want to take over and let him rest. Poor over-strained collection of brain cells.
Anyway, that was just one instance I got to observe him. Should have really been in a zoo. This review is actually regarding his lacking capacity to provide even the most basic level of customer-orientated service. Again, similar to the previous sequence problem he struggles with, he entered berserk mode after convincing himself that he had somehow just repeated himself twice or more (the sequence problem appears again) although by no comprehendable measure did he repeat himself. Turns out he had been eating a Five Guys burger over my order whilst preparing it. Any individual that is able to learn from interacting with their environment would know that this is a terrible idea. But Andy Napoleonic-Complex Beagley is simply a different breed. He stained my t-shirt and then decided to hold back on my entire order. Most would say it is questionable how he has managed to manuviour his way through life to the ripe age of 57. Incredible.
Pretty out-dated stock in-store, nothing new or limited, sub-par JD sports it seems. Staff are either rude or nervous, not much knowledge, best off sticking to their online store which is much better.
Amazing choice, I don't live in Kingston anymore but I travel a couple hours whenever I need new shoes!

I found out about this place about 2 years ago and I have been buying ever since and will continue to do so. Staff are always friendly and advise me on my purchases honestly. The sales are genuine I have already bought 2 pairs of shoes, one 25 from 80 and the other 30 from 60. I also bought a dark star deck, high quality. Will always have a look.
I placed two orders that, despite being told that they would arrive, did not. I was told on separate occasions that they would be arriving and yet, after having placed the order two weeks ago, I have only just been informed that they would not be arriving. To top things off, no compensation was offered apart from a mere 'sorry'. Awful service.

I definitely recommend you buy your casual shoes and school bag from here. Their shoes are a bit expensive, but they offer an insane range and are very high quality.
Everything here fits to a hipster/skater trend, and the shop is amazing to look at. The staff are also very helpful with fitting and helping you choose.

Delivery and returns policy isn t clear. I returned an item which qualifies for free shipping and free returns (above 80 gbp in value) and they took both the postage plus the return shipping from my refund. I suggest you re write your terms and conditions because they are not clear. I have come across other negative reviews stating the same issue I had with you.

Great stock - across three shops (which confused me at first). The thing I really like is how seriously nice, helpful and professional all the guys are. It's easy to be cool with people your own age but I shop there for my BF and my son and the staff always treat me like I completely welcome. I don't know who trains them (if I was opening a men's shop I'd ask) but the service culture there is ace.
I went asking for a pair of Adidas s gazelles, and the manager named Andy was highly unprofessional towards me. I asked what colour would suit me, and the manager said I don t care, I m just here for the money . Not the attitude of a manager

I randomly found NatterJacks online when trying to find some discontinued trainers.. I ordered them for my BFon Wednesday and he has just called me to say he has them. Ordering was easy, young lad on the phone was polite enough when I called to make sure the order had been placed and they've arrived in perfect condition, even the box is in one piece!!

Not a great experience... bought a pair of vans shoes turns out they are advertised in us sizes, but I'm shopping in the uk, do not need to look for the sticker on your adverts what kind size the shoes are...In the UK people choose their shoes in UK size only, no matter how big your sticker is saying it is a us. Just not very clear and not very happy!

Disgusted by the owner, horrible man started imatating the way I spoke and called me a ponce and was persistently trying to belittle me.
I am absolutely outraged with how this GROWN man thought there was a need to prove he was better than an 18 year old girl, ridiculously childish and clearly very insecure. I have been to this shop many times now. Mainly when it s payday. I admit that there stuff is absolutely amazing if you are into you Urban, trendy social media look. The brands are well introduced and collectively all very swagger . I particularly enjoy the sales season and like chatting to the friendly staff.
Products are of high quality and prices and reasonable at times. However, deliverers are very slow and sometimes don't arrive on the day they say the product Is meant to arrive.
The guys working there were really helpful and helped me with putting my first board together :)

Natterjacks did a raffle on Instagram, this raffle requires 5 GBP to join and if you win you can buy a pair of nice sneaker, and they saying they will donate all to charity. I paid this 5 pounds, and was blacklisted by only complaining I do not know where the money goes. And this is basically a gambling and they do not have a legal UK gambling license to do so. No matter if it is a fraud or not (it could be coz they blacklist people who donated money), the customer service is terrible and they are doing illegal events. Hope everyone can aware this.

Do not list that you are open on the website if you aren't - I was waiting outside the shop for half an hour before being shouted at that they aren't open yet ( when the website states they are). This place can be a hit and miss. The hit is that they have top of the range Premium lifestyle product. Adidas Nike Reebok and Skater brands make up the shop floor.
The MISS is that some staff members are a bit too arrogant for their own good.
Product comes and goes, but manners and common courtesy should be an automatic trait that should be taught and practiced without fail.

Save your time and shop online, I visited all 3 shops last week and the week before that with the intention of buying a lot of stuff and in all 3 stores on both occasion out of 8 - 10 items I pulled off the shelf they had none in my size and to top it off they didn t even have a size 10 in the trainers I wanted. Came home went online ordered from another company who had it all in my size and in stock And got next day delivery and saved money. Guys if u know your size in stussy etc buy online

I'll say best place to get skates is Natterjacks because they let you try it blue room are good but to expensive and they don't always have your size for type of product you may want Natterjacks are the best I can say 100%.
Rang up the store for some information on a certain release and was told to "f**k off" by the owner of the company as they don't give out information on how many shoes they have in stock so I know whether or not I need to pop down early or not. Disgusting service and I completely advise anyone not to shop here
