Always a great experience on my 2nd child there love all the staff and Dr Mike

awful experience, stay away. I learned the hard way the lab he used did an awful job, he even admitted having issues with other people's retainers the lab had made. 1st time they tried my retainer & went to remove it...I thought my teeth were going to come out. My retainer remade but still not right. He attempted to sand it down trying to make it fit. After I complained, we switched to the clear clam shell, some money refunded but they did not follow through with care & treatment. The retainer (I wear only at night) I'm stuck with still causes me pain.

The tech that did my braces was amazing...everyone was very professional and super nice!!

I like the Kenosha appointments better than the Gurnee ones, however, Dr sue is wonderful and was very nice to me.

Staff is friendly and professional. DR MIKE is amazing and makes my daughter very comfortable. Love this office

I have my treatment with them and they are very friendly if something brakes they will replace it for you they are also very helpful I really like this orthodontist

I love the patients they have in explaining what my Armani needs to correct his teeth. We drive 45 minutes for our appointment He actually listened to there instructions so he doesn't disappoint the ladies and dentist on his follow up appointments. I would recommend them 100%

Im glad to have chosen this place for my braces staff is very friendly specially Brittany and Jackie. They explain everything very clearly and every time I have a problem with my braces they get me in right away.

Love that they are keeping there patients and employees as safe as possible during this pandemic.
Also that even though parents/guardians arent allowed in they still keep us informed!

Megan is awesome! I was very nervous and she made me feel comfortable. I had a few different consultations prior and I am satisfied about my decision to go with Prairie. The whole office is very clean and friendly!

I really like Prairie Ortho, they are very organized for how busy they are. Have been on schedule with every appointment we've had so far. Billing was explained to me in depth and in a way I could understand. And most of all I loved how they treated my son, explained to him the process so he wasn't nervous and answered all his million questions with patience. Would definetly recommended Prairie Ortho!

The best decision I ever made was taking my son to this dentist. Everything that needed to be fixed about my son's teeth has been done and it's all because of Dr. Mike and the excellent staff. Always friendly and polite no matter who you spoke 2. Just want to say thank you from the McPherson.

They falsified claim dates to insurance company after we chose to postpone our treatment for a few months. The reason we chose to postpone was the other allegations of friends of mine in the area. There was also a tongue condition that this so called ortho didn't mention. It just didn't sit well with me. I politely explained that we just wanted to postpone since treatment has not begun. The scan was going to take place next week.
They are keeping my down-payment when no treatment had begun. Dr. Mike is a coward and won't even discuss my allegations and hid in his office. I actually could not believe it! The insurance company is working with us in other fraud attempts. There are so many other choices rather than this joke of an orthodontist. Stay tuned....

Love this place, my son's teeth have made such a huge improvement and his braces haven't even been on that long. Staff and doctor are very friendly. And they have done amazing handling appointments during this pandemic. 5 stars from me!

My daughter had her first consultation today and all I have to say is WOW! Jackie and Dr. Mike really did an awesome job explaining my daughters orthodontic treatment and payment options. My daughter is also excited to start earning her prairie points for rewards! We are very happy to have chosen Prairie Orthodontics!

My time at prairie orthodontics has been an amazing and pleasant experience...Dr. Mike and staff have been absolutely wonderful.. if anyone else in my family needs braces I will recommend this place with no hesitation!

Very unprofessional staff! Glad I caught on to them before my daughter was seen here . Called to setup a appointment for a consultation for my daughter. Upon making appointment , I gave the receptionist all the necessary information to be able to check my daughters appointment. Well a few days later I get a call while I m at work stating they needed my daughters insurance information, I informed her I gave them her information and that I did not have it on me at the moment , she says okay I will let the biller know to see what she needs. I later that same day get a text message saying her appointment was cancelled due to not providing insurance information. I then call to find out why they cancelled her appointment and the lady who does billing was extremely rude and unprofessional, threatening me that if she did not have her insurance information by the next day she would cancel . (Mind you her appointment was over a week away) . I also put in a call back from a supervisor and have got no response. If this is how they handle setting up a appointment imagine how they treat you at your appointment. No thank you I ll go elsewhere!

The staff here are professional, polite, friendly and take safety serious. 5 star service in my opinion!!

My daughter just got her braces off and she is the happiest kid ever

I wouldn not recommend anyone to go here . They are very rude. They threatened me alot of times. And my braces have been cutting the inside of my mouth. I paid almost 3000 and so far i have very little progress. They will not get another penny , dime or conversation from me. Its been 2 years! Ive paid 3,000 dollars for little to no progress. And they were talking down on me like they have it all . Now gonna tarnish there s reputation and make them pay for emotional distress. I m even thinking of suing childish and unprofessional . I asked for more supplies and they told me no . They never bend the wires so that i dont get scratched. Money hungry and it shows.

Every visit has been pleasant. Staff is very knowledgeable about what is going on with my son.

I am so glad my dentist referred me to Dr. Weinberg at Prairie Orthodontics. They answered all my questions, took fantastic care of my children and kept them calm. They are also helping my kids have beautiful smiles and making sure it doesn't break the bank. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and patient with all my questions as was Dr. Weinberg. Very friendly, very welcoming, over all its a really great place to be.

Horrible place wouldn t recommend it, they seem like they are never in the same page with the staff and the notes. Horrible horrible .!!!!

Dr. Mike was so generous to supply us with toothbrushes and toothpaste for our students. He heard we were short a few dozen and he swooped in to the rescue! Thank you Dr. Mike!!!!

I really love this place, its clean, modern, staff are friendly. But, I would like to have the appointments more in the afternoons specially after 4:00, since I work and not all times I want to be absent and take a half day/ sick day. Not even for me, just for my daughter. I would love also Saturdays be open at least half days, just for emergencies., etc.

My daughter goes here and shes never afraid to see Dr. Mike. We travel 2.5 hours one way to see him. Hes the only orthodontist that takes children my daughters age and takes her insurance.

I needed an appointment rather fast for myself due to insurance/benefit open enrollment with my company. When I called and explained they helped and got me in for an evaluation quickly.

Everyone was helpful and so friendly. I must say that the great service has not changed. My daughter was a patient of Dr. Weinberg years ago when she was in middle school and we were happy then and I am happy now.

Prairie Orthodontics is a great office. All the staff are personable and very helpful. They take great care of each patient . I appreciate the time they take with the parents as well to help us understand the steps of each procedure as well. I would recommend them to anyone who has to see an Orthodontist. Thank you Prairie Orthodontics for being the great office that you are.

Prairie Ortho is an amazing place. They offer a station to brush/rinse which is helpful when I forget to brush at home due to being in a rush. They also offer TVs to watch super fun movies while being checked out. One opportunity they also have is points to earn to receive a $5 gift card. All around it is a positive environment!

I never write reviews but I am so obsessed with Prairie I have to write all the reasons why you should choose them for your ortho!!! I just got my Invisalign taken off and couldn't be happier with my whole experience! Choosing Prairie Ortho out of the plethora of orthodontics out there was literally one of the best decisions I have ever made. I adore everyone who works in the office and how you are treated like the most special person there the second you walk in. People there seem to love their job and everyone is so bubbly! You leave in a better mood then when you came!
I also love that Dr. Mike seems to care about appearance while getting treatment by offering Invisalign/clearer braces then other places I checked out and also a totally invisable retainer! Amazing!
The offices are really nice looking places inside too which make the visit more enjoyable.
