I have worked for True for 25 years. And in that time period I have witnessed this company strive to do better in its relationships with its employees and customers. The improvements I have seen over the decades are the types of things that will continue to draw people in and keep us at the forefront of our specialty. Not everyone will be satisfied and that's just a fact of life, but if you are not afraid of hard work and have a good work ethic then succeeding at this company will not be a issue... Whether it's success at just doing the job on a daily basis or success at moving up vertically in the company. It's up to the individual and their desire to do and be the best at what they are doing. Same principle goes with virtually every area of life.
