We ve been waiting for the residential refrigerator to be available in our area. Unfortunately, this company does not care about loyalty and about American wanting to buy USA made products. All they seem to care about is money and more money. It is definitely unfortunate because we had out kitchen cabinets customer made for their refrigerator but based on their lack of customer service care, we will redirect of money towards a more reputable company that knows how to treat people.

Thanks Michelle for not following through and not making an attempt to work with the customer. We simply asked for you to honor the price this far at the end of year for a few more weeks to get things in order to make this huge investment purchase.

Hopefully more people read how terrible your customer service is and they realize they are better companies out there that do truly care about customer service and NOT just making the extra buck.
