Excellent treatment from Elias Guevara my Sales Rep, Raleigh Geddings General Sales Manager and Finance Manager Gary Burton. They are a great team and it was an absolute pleasure to be treated like a true customer at a car dealership. No pressure and felt like I had a team working for me to get the best deal possible. I will highly recommend all my family, friends and work associates to buy their next vehicle here. I NEVER give reviews so obviously they made a lasting impression with me.

Tropical ford has the best sales department ever! Today I am a happy owner of a 2020 Ford explorer. This will be my 2ed Explorer from Tropical ford. Jose and Vitali helped me walk out with my New Ford today. There Customer service is amazing. Thanks for answering all of my questions. And for helping me understand all of the paperwork. This is one of the best Ford locations by far. From the Sales department to the Quick line and the services department. They all run Great. And all willing to help in every way they can. I have sent family members to this location and they are proud owners of Fords as of today. Thanks to all of the team members that make Tropical ford. Your team work really show. I would give the no stars if possible. I had the worst experience at this dealership last month. My husband called to see if they had a Raptor that we could test drive. They told him yes. We get there 20mins later (they were expecting us). The sales person was speaking to my husband about the truck. My husband told him that the truck was not for him but for me (I LOVE trucks and fell in LOVE with the Raptor when they first came out). His demeanor completely changed. He looked at me and asked why I wanted a Raptor then asked how I planned to pay for it. Then told me that I could not test drive it unless I was buying it that day. He said this was as per the owner. I couldn t believe what had just happened. He didn t take me seriously. I was there as a serious buyer. We walked out. He lost a sale. That sales person name is Michael. We went to Mullinax Ford and they were completely the opposite. They let me test drive a Raptor not even knowing if I was going to buy one or not. Guess what? I bought one! I don t know what that sales person issue was with us, with me. He had poor customer service. Nothing like Will and the entire staff at Mullinax.

Worse customer service from the parts department! ...

Worse customer service from the parts department! When transfer to the parts department; they pick up the phone and don t even say nothing and I was put back on hold. After minutes have past, someone picks up the phone, rudely rushing me to give them the information because he was really busy and had customers to attend to but because it wasn t quick enough for him; he puts me back on hold and more then five minutes has passed by with out someone coming back on the phone.

I had a wonder experience buying a truck here. Great support from everyone. The sales guy, Jay, was extremely helpful and he showed me what i wanted to see. Super knowledgeable and not pushy at all it was a pleasure doing business with him. Same can be said about Jose, he helped me with the financing and got me terms i was looking for. I cannot stress how relaxing was the buying experience here. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.!

A one star review is high. They won t take back a leased car that was leased through ford, because they just don t want to deal with it! For a better experience I recommend mullinax ford, about 15 minutes away in Kissimmee. You shouldn t have to try 3 (three!) different dealerships just to return a car.

Best customer service I have ever received at a car dealership! The service representative, Vitalie, went above and beyond his duty to assist me; he is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Sales, Finance (Jonathan was outstanding) and Service departments work together seamlessly to deliver everything in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

The collision center worked with my insurance to repair my vehicle and my car came out amazing. I also had to do some other things to my vehicle including an oil change, my battery, and check my vehicle for a recall issue. Junior coordinated with Juan to service my vehicle and I was able to pay and take care of everything in one place. Letty helped take care of payment and even assisted with trying to find me a rental. Everytime I called the answered or called me right back. It was a great experience. Thanks so much.

My first visit to this location. Customer service wasn't anything to rave and write a review about, (hence only 4-Stars) but the auto technician that serviced my car was very thorough in the vehicle inspection. Didn't try to recommend service or parts I didn't need since I already knew my vehicle is mechanically sound. Tech could tell my brakes have already been replaced, air filter relatively clean, tires are good and wearing evenly. He did find a nail in one of my tires. I took care of that right away. Tech really checked my fluids, fuel system, filters, belts and hoses. My car checks out in all 'green' for a 2006 Lincoln. Thanks, dude!

Most awful experience ever. I drove an hour and a half to this dealer only to find out it was to much of a hassle to test the truck I was inquiring about. The truck was up on a rotating display by the road, according to the manager it was to much work to move two cars and to drive the truck off sale man was not interested in working with me. I know they only had an hour left before they closed. Not satisfied with over all customer service.

I wouldn't buy a vehicle from here cause their sales people suck, but their service department is great and my #1 choice to go to!
I would have given it them 1 star, but their service department is what saved them and got them 3 star.
I recommend them for service.
I do NOT recommend them for buying a vehicle.

This experience was nothing like when I bought my first car, it was so much better! I wish I had gone to Tropical Ford the first time. The establishment was really nice and the staff very friendly and helpful, but the best part about the experience was the help I received from Johnny Perez! I had a recent repair done on my vehicle and although most of the experience was pleasant I can t give it more stars because I felt taken advantage of. Be prepared to pay in addition to the repair a $120. Diagnostic charge whether you repair it there or not. Then in addition I paid a $1.50 History fee and a
$ 35.00 shop supplies fee. Then I asked if I got a courtesy wash and I was told I needed to request it. I wished they could realize that those small things are what make all the difference especially to us the consumer when having choices.

great job at tire deparment but not really happy when i first buy my explorer here at tropical ford the sales maneger at that time Jose at the time i have to sign all the paperwork i ask why is a 700 extra on the contract for a tire guarantee. he told me at that time the bank require that i told him my full covarege cover tires cause i paid a extra insurance for tires and towing he keep saying bank require. i call the bank one day to do some payment and ask them and they told me they dont require no tire insurance . look like somebody get commision for sale tires guarantee at the sales deparment. after 2 years i have a issue with a tire so i came to the dealer to fix it they do a very good job but not really happy with the sales manager to add a 700 to my loan when i can fix a tire with my other insurance and i work on tirekingdom so if i have to buy it i get 50% off.

This dealership has the worst service department i have ever seen their turn around time on service is extremely slow and scheduling appointments weeks out when your AC doesn't work on a brand new car in florida theyve definitely lost my business. They are one of the busier dealerships but maybe they should increase staff to that effect. I have 2 2016 mustangs that i have yet to service here after my previous experiences. They are only 5 min away from me but now i just make the 30 minute drive to mullinax ford

Vitalie Munteanu made my experience at Tropical Ford one of the best car shopping experiences I ve ever had. I was in a terrible accident the weekend prior, and Vitalie took 3+ hours out of his day to help me with my gap insurance through Ford and get all my paperwork in line, although it wasn t something he was obligated to do at all. Although I ended up leasing a car elsewhere, it was to no fault of Vitalie s or Tropical Ford. I wanted to make sure to write this review so anyone who is looking to buy or lease a Ford would know Vitalie is the man you want to see at Tropical Ford. I ve never met a more honest, kind and full of integrity car salesman in all of my life and I am forever grateful to him for helping me so much after such a traumatic accident.

Had an error code pop up in my 2016 Ford F150. I was nearby this dealership wanted wanted to pop quickly so they could read the code and tell me if this was something serious or something that could wait.

as I did not have an appointment I was told it could take up to 6 hours for them to give me a code Diagnostics. This is completely unacceptable went down the road 1 block to Advance Auto Parts had the error code in under 2 minuteswe.

Took my 2016 Explorer with 39,000 miles into the service center for an oil and filter change. Got the car back and it appears that the oil was never changed and still smells like used oil. Was also recommended by the service adviser, that the transmission and brake fluids needed to be flushed because they were dirty. These fluids were never even checked. Brake fluid is still crystal clear and trans fluid is nice and pink, as to be expected with only 39k miles on the car. I would expect these type of fishing scams from a mom and pop roadside stand, but not from a Ford dealer. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Bad service, took my caravan for transmission repair told me I had 5 year warranty turns out I should have ask for it in writting only got a 3 year warranty and paid $4,000. I would never go back. I was told by the manager he was sorry for being mislead by his worker.
