I understand it isn't an employment agency but the help seems all just for the show. High preference is given to fresh graduates, not a bad thing. But then other qualified candidates shouldn't be treated like some crab in the bucket. Importantly they say they only help with the "connection" & that could be someone who isn't responsible for hiring too. I think it's just to fill up their book with the numbers to show to their board without being of actual help to the candidate. Also in my case, they hooked me up with a Company/role I wasn't interested in. But as per their rules, they only offer 1 connection per candidate. So let's say someone wants to pursue education, would he choose a program he is interested in or should he go for what is given to him?
