I purchased a truck from Troncalli Chrysler Jeep D...

I purchased a truck from Troncalli Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in July 2013. Before purchasing the vehicle I noticed sap on the hood and a few other minor repairs that needed to be fixed. Troncalli agreed to reimburse me for the expenses if I took it to a Chrysler dealership in my hometown, so that s what I did. I then called Troncalli to OK that what the Chrysler dealership estimated would be fully reimbursed, and they assured me it would. Finally, in late December after numerous phone calls and emails, Troncalli said they would send the check. Needless to say I didn t receive the check. So, I called them to inform them of this. Troncalli then said they don t have a copy of the bill, after I have already mailed them the bill on two separate occasions. And, How could they have (supposedly) sent the check if they didn t have a copy of the bill? So, here I am over half a year later with no check. I am completely unimpressed with the service and professionalism of this business and would not recommend it.
