The wait was entirely too long. I went in with pains proble to appendicitis. Thankfully it wasn't. I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours before being taken into a room. When i was taken into a triage they did bring a doctor in to do a flash diagnosis within the 1st 10 seconds, which is why i was concerned about appendicitis in the first place, he says to get a ct scan because of the location of the pain. Flash forward 2.5 hours later, i ask about when i might be taken back, and the receptionist replies that if i leave they will bill me anyways. I didn't even say i was leaving i just asked if i was going to be seen. When i did get taken back to a room, i went to use a bathroom and it was covered with blood. The sink, the door handle everything. I understand it was late at night, but in a hospital. I still expect sanitary conditions. I would never go back to this hospital.

Last year, my dad ended up taking me to the emergency room. My dr had prescribed me a medicine that I had a Very very bad allergic reaction to. I went to see my primary care dr and he advised me if my fever didn't break my 5 or got to the er. I went in with. 104 fever, with a bad rash all over my legs and my face very Pail. I waited 5 hrs in the waiting room and when I got brought back to a room the dr asked me
Why I was taking Benadryl which I had to get rid of the rash I had. She didn't draw any blood and did a flu test which was dumb because I told her I didn't have the flu. She ended up giving me steroids to help the rash. My point is to hire drs that will listen and not be rude to you. Not everyone comes to the er sick as a dog to get pain pills some people are actually very sick and need to seek medical attention.

StoneCrest Emergency room did an exceptional job taking care of my toddler tonight. The triage was quick and efficient with Cat. The PA, Hunter Lee has excellent bedside manner and was patient and kind with my little guy...so much so that my 3 year old thanked him for stitching up his boo boo! Lori his RN also took time to bring him a popsicle and was quick and efficient with discharging us. Registration was kind and EVS entered the room as well to change the trash and was polite. Great facility to bring your family too!

The ER there was fine and the staff was nice but after 4 hours I was told they didn t have the equipment to properly diagnose what was wrong with my eye so they transferred me via ambulance to Centennial Hospital who I guess owns them and I was told they had equipment and tools that TriStar doesn t. Turns out that was a bold face lie. Centennial did zero tests, and only had me read an eye chart which I had already done at Tristar then kept me for 3 hours and told me they had no more equipment to diagnose me than Tristar did. 9 hours spent in 2 ER s and the 2nd one was unnecessary and done for what reason other than to double bill?

Little to no wait time, staff is very caring, nice clean facility. I was afraid because I don't care for hospitals during a pandemic but now there's no regrets. I was given a medication while there which help however, none where called in to the pharmacy. Discharge documents instructed to follow up with PCP who will not see me due to the recent hospital visit per covid precautions. Awaiting a PCP appointment without meds is a bummer. Meantime I've almost had to revisit the ER for the same issue. Until then I will continue to self medicate

Misty Taylor was my OBGYN here at tristar. From the visits leading up to delivery day i have experienced nothing but the best professional assistants you could imagine! They have made me extremely comfortable talking to them about literally anything. Since my induce date every single nurse i had from delivery to recovery, even nutritions, house keeping, and baby testers ; they all where very kind, patient, and catering! Through my experience there would always be that 1 nurse that gave you some kind of sass, I DID NOT EXPERIENCE THAT HERE! If i could gift each person that stepped foot in my room i definitely would. Hats off to Stonecrest! Highly recommend for anyone expecting. They need more stars for rating my experience it s beyond 5 stars! OUTSTANDING!

every employee was friendly, helpful and professional. The employee thatdid my stress test explained every step in detail to me. He was most helpful. now I'm just waiting for the results. Thank you StoneCrest for a job well done!

Came in for abdominal pain and they took blood, urine, X-ray, and ultra sound. The ER was not full and I had checked in at 10:30pm. The nurse had said that the results doesn t take but an hour to come in and I am just now leaving at 2:45am. Reason why they took so long was because they forgot about me. The nurse came in and asked me if the Dr came in yet and i said no. She was taking out my needle and when it was out she pressed down on it. I don t know I guess this is what was taught but that was a first for me and that hurt! Then finally the Dr came in and said I m sorry i got carried away . What!? Just don t go there.... it s not worth it.

I think I was left in the waiting room way to long. For someone presenting with elevated bp and chest pain. Was taken to triage and vitals were done and info gathered and back to waiting room. Then for the worst part of my visit was the woman that was doing labs she dug and hit nerves and I about came out of the chair and she finally got it with the second stick. Then back to waiting room.
I was really glad she forgot to start my IV and Ashley started it when I was finally called back and the Dr was wonderful. But, we myself and significant other did catch the flu and are still trying to recover.

Come on People. I just found-out this morning my G...

Come on People. I just found-out this morning my GREAT Christian Heart Doctor, Dr. Paul Jackson is NOW at StoneCrest Hospital and no-longer at Saint Thomas Rutherford. I have been in a number of Hospitals in my Life Time and I have hardly ever Complained about anything or anyone, and just over-look things maybe I shouldn't, but understanding we are ALL Human Beings Living in a Far Different Times than we were 20 or 30 yrs. back, and these Times has brought with them a whole New and FAR DIFFERENT Kind of People both in Actions and Respect of and for Others which works both ways for all involved. ,,,,, I think I may be having to go to StoneCrest in the next Two or so months to have Batteries Changed in my Pacemaker/Defib. But wherever Bro., Dr. Jackson will be handling this is where I will go. I know I'm in the Best of Hands with Dr. Jackson, I mean I Died 7-Different Times on Nov. 5th. 2009 at Saint Thomas Rutherford when they were Placing that piece of Equipment Under my Skin. Dr. Jackson WOULD NOT Give-Up and neither would the Lord who Brought me Back after a while each and every-time AFTER my being GONE for some-time every-time. ,,,,, I recall waking-up Three or Four Times and Talking a few of those times and then I was GONE again. I understand after the SEVENTH Time I was Gone and they let some time go by, Dr. Jackson decided to let Dale and Bret TWO Saint Jude Techs go ahead and Place their New Pacemaker/Defib. with NEW 3 yr. or more advanced Cables in my Chest to show the Doctors in there after all those CODE BLUES just how this New One and Smaller Cables would Fit. Then the Lord Brought me Back Again. With all the excitement going on in that Surgery Room, Dale and Bret forgot to Set my Defib. it seems, and I guess 3 yrs. ago it went off 12-Different Times, WOW. Anyway Dr. Jackson and a Doctor he called in was able to locate the Problem in my Heart and Fix it. But now beside these Batters needing to be Changed-Out, I have been having some Problems big-Time maybe with me Heart and they wanted me to come in today after I got ahold of them, but I put it off until tomorrow afternoon. So what I am saying, is I Hope and Pray I will be taken care of as well by StoneCrest and their Staff as I was at Saint Thomas Rutherford. I KNOW Bro. Dr. Paul Jackson who I have had for many years will do his part and all he can, the rest will be in the Lord's Hands, amen. ,,,,, Speaking of ER waiting Times, I myself have always been in Bad Shape when I have gone or been taken to any ER, so I never had much of a wait or any wait getting into a Room or behind a Curtain. But from what I have read on here at this ER seems to be SHORT compared to some Cases and Hospital ER's I know about. Some-times Waits are your own Doctor's Fault, because when Hospital calls him or her, they are Busy are even at a Ballgame in one Case I knew of and they won't let anyone else touch you. So when they get there you will be taken into a ER Room and Treated, that is unless you are Dying and then it's all Hands on Deck. More times than not, your Insurance or not having Insurance plays a part or Treatment and even between Living and Dying as we should all understand by now. ,,,,, Anyway there is NEVER a Need for anyone to be RUDE or BULLYING, that being Doctor or Staff or Patient. ,,,,, Rev. Chaplain, Jimmie King

Stonecrest TriStar Hospital is the best. The entire staff is professional and friendly. However, the Nurses and Techs on the Spine floor are AMAZING, Julie, Kayla, Kola all treated me very well, making me feel like I was really special. Thank you Ladies for your Great care. I am recovering nicely thanks to you.

This hospital isn't what it once was. Our young son died in this hospital's ICU unit. Even though we knew his physical life was over, he wanted to be an organ donor. We signed all the paperwork for the procedure since he was not able to sign for himself. We and the donor team had everything set for the organ harvest. However the honor of our child being able to help someone else live was taken away by the staff's actions in the ICU. They allowed his body temp to rise to a high degree which destroyed the viability of his organs. They took away his opportunity to die with the honor of helping others by donating his organs. This hospital should have faced inspection issues over this incident. But without a load of money, legally going after this hospital would have only cost our family not only our child's choice of being an organ donor but also a long expensive drawn out legal action which in the end, would probably change nothing. At least not for our son.

I loved physical therapy and surgery at the Dr. Fish office! Excellent employees and a great place to recover after surgery. I will not go to any other doctors office for anything. I had previously been to another physical therapist for six months and had no progress, but two months with Pat and Ivan and i have 100% recovered!! I highly recommend to all friends and family.

The ER experience was fine actually. The doctor on call was great and I liked the staff.
It was the follow up that was awful. I had to get some insurance records transferred to see a specialist for the next day. I called three times and was transferred to 5 different people where I had to tell the same story and request the same info to be sent to specialist. Not one person took any responsibility to help me. Consequentially, I had to cancel my appt with specialist, and wait three more weeks to be seen. Horrible customer service

The nursing staff was fantastic. Amy the nurse practitioner was extremely condescending and did not address my pain well at all. I had surgery for my condition 2 days after my visit. My entire right ovary had to be removed. I hope this provider does not speak to other patients the way she spoke to me. I will not return to the ER at stonecrest due to the nurse practitioner.

I cannot thank the team at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center enough. Every step of the surgery was handled with professionalism, care and importantly: humor! Thank you to the team and to my superb surgeon (Dr Matthew Neuhaus) for looking after me so well.

I recently was an emergency room patient at stonecrest with a severe back pain episode. I arrived in an ambulance from my primary care physican's office, sent by the nurse practioner. While in the er. I was treated like I was faking the pain. They didn't start an IV , told me the hospital was "narcotic free". I got nothing for the acute pain episode. They didn't offer to take me in a wheelchair when I left. I felt more like the enemy than a patient.

Love this ER. They get you in and out. I couldn t walk and went here and was in and out within 20 mins. They gave me what I needed and wheeled me into the waiting for to wait for my ride to pick me up.

Every single nurse/dr. that I had the night of my visit were awesome. They were very kind and although I was there longer than I would have liked to be they made sure I was comfortable and checked on me often even though they were busy.

My mother was left alone for 4.5 hours after surgery, and was not given any pain medicine to handle the pain. She was left alone in her own urine for hours, kept over night, and no one checked on her. This is unacceptable.

I went in to have MRI set out front where the gentleman at the desk talk to nurses instead of taking care of me someone finally came up and got a clipboard came to me and asked me for questions and said that I was ready to go back the individual they assigned me to prep me could not insert an IV needle into my arm after three tries I told him no more he went and got a young lady I think her name was Andrea she done it in the first try and did great

I took my son for a cut on his leg and we sat in the e.r.for 3 hours before being seen. He ended up getting 5 stitches and I was billed a total of $2300. He still has a terrible scar 7 months later and I wonder if it was because we had to wait so long before the doctor stitched it! I will not go back to this hospital and I live 10 minutes away. I would rather drive further than use this place.

From pre-admission to discharge, the nurses, techs, staff and doctors were amazing. Surgery can be scary and having such a kind, knowledgeable and accommodating team on board with you makes all the difference. TriStar Stonecrest was that team for me.

The first doctor did not listen to me and/my physician that gave instructions that I needed a blood patch for a spinal headache from a spinal procedure that was done 2 days prior. He treated me as a headache patient and started me as a basic protocol and I told him this was not what needed to happen I didn t agree to the meds. The second shift dr came in and everything came together and was GREAT. Thank you and to the anesthesiologist that preformed the procedure.

I was very sick this visit. Presumed covid which was confirmed a free days later as positive. I was very dizzy and confused. The "dr" that was seeing me seemed to not believe that I was really dizzy. I was supposed to be getting fluids but when he checked the IV I had been getting for hours, it was "wanky" in his words. They never fixed it before sending me home. Which I was fine with going bc being treated like a liar while your sick is even more annoying. My nurse was awesome. I waited almost 2 hours before being checked in.

So sad to spend the evening of Christmas in the ER with my Grandma but having such a wonderful, attentive, caring and informative nurse and doctor made it so much easier. Kudos to Dr Mackens and RN Jordan for taking such great care of my Grandma. Most people working the holidays seem mad and disgruntled but these 2 had exceptional attitudes. Thank you for your hard work and service and thank you to your families for sharing you.

I was very blessed to have had Dr. Shibayama, Jessica and all the staff during my surgical procedure. From the moment I went to pre admission to the moment I left two days later I had the most amazing staff taking care of me! Thank each one of you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Nurses, doctor and staff was very nice and got to me quickly. Within an hour of arriving at ER they had me in the back doing a CAT Scan, blood work, etc and had given me an IV with pain meds to ease my pain.

I arrived around midnight with a laceration to the back of my leg. The waiting room was clean and quiet and I was taken to a treatment room within minutes. Everything was so clean and modern. The staff were all super nice. I was stitched up quickly and discharged. It was the best emergency room experience I've ever had.

This hospital is AMAZING. My wife had a procedure here and she couldn't believe how friendly the staff were, from greeters to the nurses. Just an amazing experience. Thank you for taking such great care of her. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The place smells like death, like we haven't made it past 1920 in the medical world and learned to keep hospitals completely clean. The nurse called my son back and told my girlfriend and I that we couldn't come in then closed the door on my pregnant girlfriend. Right now they have my family in another waiting room where I'm not allowed to be with them until they assign a room. On top of all of this they lied to my son saying they'd take blood pressure and stuck things in his mouth and nose. This place should be restaffed or shut down!

I went in June to ER, then admitted to hospital. The whole experience was horrible. Rude nurses and doctors. One nurse accused me of lying about how much lunch I ate. Questionable billing practices. Took several calls and considerable time to get straightened out with my insurance company. On the upside Cigna was a great help.

Went to the ER on 2/13/20 and was immediately triaged, moved to a room and seen by a doctor in less than 5 minutes! Denise was my ER nurse and Dr. Tuggle was my ER doc and they took prompt, thorough and exceptional care of me during my visit.

I had to be seen in the same ER in December 2019 for a similar issue and was there almost 10 hours! This visit I was in and out of the same ER in less than 2.5 hours. It would have been sooner but I opted to wait until my IV bag was empty. Very very very impressed with the staff and ER improvements at Stonecrest!!!

Coming in for my induction the ER screener and registration staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly.

The maternity unit was fabulous! All the nurses were so friendly and personable. You could tell that they love what they do!

My labor was long and had a scary moment that lead me to the OR. The whole time the staff kept calm and reassured me this was what they were here for and I was in good hands. They were so right! The OR issue was resolved and I was able to proceed with labor.

The CRNA was wonderful! I didn t feel the epidural go in no issue.

When it was time to push the nurses were definitely my cheerleaders!

The postpartum, nursery, and lactation nurses were there to support me with pain, breast feeding, and emotional support. They gave so many little tips and tricks that I would have never thought about on caring for my newborn.

Dr M. Taylor is an awesome OB/GYN that is there for you. She is funny, professional, and always there to answer your questions.

Dr R Sayeed is a wonderful pediatrician and primary care physician. He lets you know his concerns and the plan to resolve. He has a wonderful bedside manner and listens.

Stonecrest definitely stands by their mission above all else we are committed to the care and improvements of human life.

Dr. Mistye Taylor is an knowledgeable, passionate, and thorough ObGYN! I could speak so many positive accolades about her expertise, bed side manner, front desk staff, office manager, and billing staff. They truly know how to make a patient feel safe, informed, and empathetic. Patient care is still important definitely amidst of the pandemic.

The TriStar staff (admissions nursing director, anesthesiologists, hospital nurses, and food service personnel) were the true example of how patient care is intended to be delivered! Everyone that we encountered at TriStar Stonecrest Medical Center were professional and kind. Kindness is important. Thank you for being amazing and providing such excellent patient care.

I went to this hospital for my ankle. We thought it was sprained and they look at my X-rays and say it is Just sprained. They told me to put pressure on it. Then I started to see bruising at the bottom of my feet. I was confused. We went to abnormal doctor and they looked at my X-ray from the hospital and said it's definitely fractured. Then I took another X-ray and they said it got worse sunset that X-ray. Now I'm in a boot. Getting rashes under my arms from terrible crutches. lel.

My wife came in for Covid. She is Chinese , little English and was scared being first time visit to American Hospital. The staff took great care of her. Explained everything slowly and offered to contact a translator. After a few hours she was able to be discharged and is recovering quiet well at home.
Thank you TriStar Stonecrest for your help. I was in St. Thomas with Covid for 8 days.

Was transferred here for emergent life or death surgery. This hospital is severely understaffed. It took almost 5 hours to get me in a room when I came out of surgery. No one notified my family, or updated them at any point during, or after my procedure on how I was doing, until I threatened to leave. Once in a room, the first nurse I'm at was outstanding. The next morning at shift change I NEVER EVER seen or heard from my nurse, always her assistant. When it came time for discarge the Dr wrote my instructions at 8:15 in the morning told me it would be an hour or so, well at noon, still no nurse , and no discharge instructions. I called the aide to remove my IV, and got dressed to leave, it wasn't until I got to the end off the hallway that my nurse (who had been on this shift 5 hours and never once introduced herself) FINALLY got my discharge instructions to me. And one other thing, what kind of surgeon makes a 6 inch cut in your abdomen and groin, untangles your bowels, and doesn't send you home with ANY pain meds?!?! I feel like some of rhe staff at this hospital need to find new professions..ill die before I EVER step foot in this place again. Absolutely horrible!!!!

My boyfriend went to the E.D. after a work injury ...

My boyfriend went to the E.D. after a work injury that nearly cut his finger off. The staff was attentive but the standard of care was far below par. His hands were dirty and he was pulling pieces of wood out of his hand. After X-rays, they went to stitch him up and NEVER flushed out his very open wound. They instead soaked it in a solution and stitched him up with pieces of flesh and fat sticking out from the wound, leaving a permanent bump. We both repeatedly questioned about getting antibiotics, as did my mother who was an RN for many years. They said he didn't need one and just gave him muscle relaxers and pain meds. They were going to let him leave the E.D. without washing his hands which were still filthy with dirt and whatever else was on there. The attending physician saw this and made sure his hands were washed before he left.

Fast forward a few days and he's still pulling wood fragments out of his injured finger and the flesh around the wound was turning black and pussing. He proceeded to Tri-Star Hendersonville ED which in turn had to cut that dead skin off and noticed that he did in fact have an infection and needed to be on antibiotics and were beside themselves on why he was not administered a prescription for them in the first place.

I have since called repeatedly the Risk Management department at StoneCrest. It's impossible to get a hold of someone. When I finally got a hold of Ann Eischeid (after leaving un-returned phone messages), I've never dealt with someone so rude and unwilling to help. She asked me why he wasn't calling, which doesn't make sense because I know wives call about husband's medical things all the time. Toward the end she stated his age and said that she needed to talk to him because he was old enough to talk to her and that she would reach out to him. A week later and she still hasn't returned a call, AGAIN. Not to mention, when you ask for a direct phone number or fax number or anything, nobody is willing to give that to you either. I'm trying to get matters resolved and bills paid for their faulty standard of care, but nobody wants to help. STAY AWAY from this hospital!

The hospital itself was ok. The nurses were mostly helpful except for the one that forgot to empty or even check my catheter after my surgery. It was clean and quiet. My biggest complaint is regarding their billing department. After taking my payment up front, it took them almost a month to submit the claim to my insurance. I purposely prepared myself to prepay this surgery to receive the 20% discount. Now that the surgeon and anesthesiologist actually submitted their claim in a timely manner, I have to not only go through the process of getting a refund from the hospital, but I also will end up having to pay an extra $400.00 out of pocket than budgeted because the 20% discount won't apply to these bills.

The worst hospital in the world! They let you sit in the lobby crying out in pain in front of everyone for 3 hours. Oh boy but let the pizza man in and he gets the red carpet. Don't even take your dog there.

I cannot say enough how amazing our experience with labor and delivery was. This is our second child and our first time with Stonecrest. I usually don t leave reviews but my husband and I both were so blessed by every single person we came into contact with. Over 2 days in labor and a recovery stay and there was not one person who didn t go above and beyond to care for us and our sweet boy. I wanted a natural delivery and those nurses were so encouraging and loving. Kathy and Judy especially were so wonderful during labor and delivery. Dr. Riley delivered my son, though it was very quick he was awesome and kept me relaxed during the recovery process. The hospital was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. So grateful to God for these people who helped us welcome our son!

The staff at the StoneCrest Medical Center were extremely professional and attentive to my needs. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I was kept in a room for hours waiting on test and what was to be done next. Otherwise the treatments provided were beyond my expectations.

Could not have asked for a better group of people. Each and every single person I spoke to from, doctors, nurses, technicians, cleaning staff, and the employee who called to take my food request were all so kind. It made an uncertain situation comforting. Thank you all for the amazing jobs that you do.

From check in at registration to goodbye at the car, the entire staff at StoneCrest could not have been nicer, friendlier, or more re-assuring.
They all treated me like a friend or family member (that they actually liked).
Sincere thanks to all at StoneCrest for the kindness and professional service. And, this is the same quality of treatment I received the last time I visited their hospital.
It wasn't just a good day for them, it's just how they are - really nice.

Other than the RN meghan Barnes. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The doctor was rude. Didnt catch her name, not sure if she told me.
I will never NEVER AGAIN return to this hospital. It was not busy at all and I was there for 6 hours for a stomach bug. Which I could have been home with anti nausea pills like they had gave me at home hours ago. I believe that they forgot that I was here. The other RN that took over seems like he had no clue what was going on. Didn't even tell me his name so therefore I can't let you know that. I will never be back... This is absolutely ridiculous!! Someone else could've been in this room hours ago. And I'm am still waiting for release papers. I have been for almost 30 to 45 min for those papers.

I am writing this review from my room at StoneCres...

I am writing this review from my room at StoneCrest. I have been here since Wednesday night after coming in for a scheduled induction. The labor and delivery room that I made home until Thursday night was nice. It was very big, with enough space that many family members were allowed to come in and visit without feeling crowded. Due to a very long labor, at some point my support team was even sleeping on a mattress provided for them, and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was not that comfortable from what I was told, but it's not made to be slept on for long anyway.
I was assigned two nurses due to coming in near a shift change. Both of them were nice and attentive, helping me and answering any questions I had. My first nurse was careful with the IV even though it had to be done twice because I have difficult veins. She made me feel at home right away and answered any questions I had about how the hospital did their procedures and what to expect.
My second nurse, who I spent the most time seeing, was amazing. She was funny and willing to chat with us which made everyone more comfortable with seeing her throughout the day.
The anesthesiologist was amazing. He came and visited me early on to talk about my requested epidural and warned me about waiting too long but supported my decision to wait for awhile. When the time came that I did want the epidural, he was very quick and incredibly nice. He explained everything to me as he did it so I was aware of exactly what he was doing. With my first child, the epidural didn't work due to the doctor missing where he needed to be and not asking me any questions. This time it worked! I was so happy that if I could have felt my legs I might have walked across the floor and hugged him.
Dr. Fox delivered my baby. I had been seeing him since the beginning so it was nice to stay with the same doctor. Both the doctor and the nurses were willing to stick with my "quiet birthing room" plan without an issue. For women who worry about not knowing how to push, the nurse explained it in great detail even though this was my second child.
When I was moved to an overnight room, the accommodations went a little down hill but at the end of the day it's a hospital, not a hotel. There's a small TV with very little to watch. However, you can stream Netflix on your laptop and order any meal you want at any time of day.
The nursery is very helpful, and the nurses are as well. I haven't had to wait long for anything, and they have all made sure that I am well taken care of. I feel as if I am the only patient they have, and I know that I am not.
I can't speak for the ER, or any other services for this hospital but I highly recommend having your child here. It's quiet, close to food, shops, and hotels, and the staff is simply amazing!

My mom had really bad pain in her lower stomach. She gets this pain often and is used to it so it's very serious if she has to go to the hospital for it. She was waiting for roughly six hours and wasn't attended. My dad went to complain and they simply told him that they can leave if they don't want to wait.
My mom is currently in the same pain and has no way to alleviate it.

Stonecrest has improved beyond words in the last couple of years. The service you receive is ths best it could possibly be, Stonecrest has the best doctors who actually care about their patients and go beyond to treat them in the best way possible. The nurses, the technicians who do the testing, the receptionists who check you in are all AMAZING. They make sure you are comfortable and at ease. My primary care doctor and my cardiologist practice at Stonecrest, also the doctors at TOA at Stonecrest are the best there us. I pray that I will always be able to go to Stonecrest.

The labor and delivery department was outstanding. They made my first child experience a fantasy. My experience here was everything I could've hoped for! No complaints at all. The nurses really took care of me and I just thank them so much for helping me to recover and being so patient with me. I was a first time mother and gave birth all natural here, I was pretty nervous but nevertheless the nurses respected my birth plan, my family members and my space. I really liked the fact that they treated my husband well there too, that was very important to me to know they care about his opinion and decisions. Love the environment as well. I wanted to specifically say that nurse Selena was incredible. She helped me to reach my birth goal and she has a special gift in caring for others especially in tense situations. I love Stonecrest!

We are very pleased with the care in the ER and the 3rd floor staff is fabulous. A special shout out to Chris and Missy on the day shift. Also the night side nurses on Saturday 3/6/21 was so kind when she became disoriented and confused. They surrounded her with concern, patience and care. Thank you all for taking care of a high spirited 91 year old.

I lived in Smyrna during the opening of Stonecrest Hospital. With having to visit the hospital, prior to last, only a coupe of times with my kids I was very disappointed. Needless to say when my surgery was scheduled there I was skeptical that my treatment would be less than average. I must say Stonecrest has regained my confidence and business.

I had an endoscopy and everyone at Tristar was amazing. The registration people were so nice. They have the sweetest volunteers. Also all my nurses were incredible Dee, Susan and Beth were all A1. Dr. Montemuro is also great.

All of the staff and doctors were great. Caring and concerned people that made our stay better. The one thing that was not up to par was the lack of hot water in our room, 427. You could run the hot water for 5 minutes and it would barley get warm. We were told that they have had problems for a long time. This is not acceptable in a hospital.

I was in the hospital at Stonecrest. Last week it felt like I have had a stroke, last night was suppose to a worker s comp fro possible carbon monoxide poisoning and a got. stuck by a dirty needle. Other visit was going great. while sitting in the waiting room I got really bad chest. I think it was the nurse over the Emergency Room took me back to my room and was really nice. She started my IV and didn t feel it. Then my assigned nurse came in and was really rude. I was hurting in my chest on a scale from 1-10 I was a 10. The doctor gave me Ibuprofen and tyenol with no relief so I got 3 rounds of Nitro and still not helping. I call to rude and hateful nurse take me off the monitor if I wasn t going to get something to relieve. They was waiting on one more blood test but, I call the rude and hateful nurse to take my iv out. she brought the doctor as well. He asked what was going on and told him the if they was not treat my chest pain. The doctor told me that they don t give Narcotics for chest pain anymore. I wasn t there for the narcotics. He could have given me something for panic attacks. The doctor only stuck his head the door and say something then right out the. So the end of the story is that AMA with chest pains and trouble breathing. The blood work that determines your clotting factor was elevated and I could have a possible throwing blood clot. And they didn t even treat my chest pains. Run Run far away from this hospital

Stonecrest has the most caring and compassionate doctors I've ever seen at any hospital. I've been admitted to this hospital 5 times In the past year and each time I feel that I have the best team care possible. Thank you to you all!

I am so angered and upset by my hospital stay at Stone Crest that I truly wish there were legal action that was available. Dr. Zimmerman has absolutely no compassion, bedside manner, and because he didn t want to do anything just discharged me after I was worse then when I came. I had great care from my previous doctor and felt as though he had a plan and my best care in mind. Unfortunately, his days off, gave opportunity for another so called doctor to say he didn t care and send me home. He sent me home in worse condition than when I came, with NO OPTIONS, because my own doctor had COVID and sent me to the hospital for a reason. My nurse and even the nurse manager were appalled by it and tried to help but were not successful. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
