There is not enough bandwidth in the entire world wide web for what I could post that went wrong... though I HAD -->NO<-- TROUBLE REACHING THEM & their patient "this that and the other" dept. to give them the details. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CONTACT ME BACK QUICKLY WITH AN EXPLANATION. That was months ago. No phone call. No letter. No email. Nothing from them. I only wish there was a "less than zero stars" rating as an option.

Charges almost 300.00 copay and over 3,000.00 to run a saliva test to see if I have flu . Then the dr has the nerve to bill you for over 1,000.00 to check your temperature and prescribe ibuprofen and other shelf medicine . Worse scam I ve ever been to. Urgent care is anyone s best option unless you re dying I guess . Please do not waste your time here . I ll never bring my kids or any of my family as a matter of fact ever again !! You ve lost this tax payer . Charging me basically 5,000.00 for a common cold !!! Something should be done about this !! I hate you for taking advantage of my insurance and my family !! I pray you never see another patient ! I feel sorry for the people that is forced to come there ! Any clinic is cheaper than what these people are charging !

A friend of mine went here for a very serious personal problem and was greeted by a very rude nurse who thought herself a doctor, insulting my friend by saying the believed issue was not the case, and instead chalked it up as something very rude. Good thing nobody listened to the nurse, as the issue would have been far worse if left untreated. Take a page out of St. Thomas book, and invest in a little more quality customer/patient care. Absolutely abhorrent.

I recently got an Echocardiogram at TriStar StoneCrest. Everyone was very helpful, kind and professional. They were on schedule, so my wait was no more than a couple of minutes. I felt like they were doing a good job at infection control as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was at TriStar StoneCrest Medical for surgery on my necck on 2/13/19. Everyone there was so caring and kind. The nurse's were excellent every time I pushed my call light they were in my room. The whole experience was great from the week before for pre-op to the spinal surgery class we had to attend. House keeping staff kept my room clean to food services bring my food to my room everybody was polite, kind and caring. If I have to go back into hospital for anything again I'll be sure to go back to TriStar StoneCrest Medical. and I would recommend them to my friends. Keep up the excellent job y'all are doing I wouldn't change a thing.

I went there with an alergic reaction to a medication I have been taking for years, so had I not gone to the ER I wouldn t be here right now. Thanks to the doctors and nurses, God Bless you

I came here to get my appendix taken out . very poor customer service the nurses acted like they didn't want to touch me the whole time. never helped me around the bed . or anything .then they tried to rush me out the hospital the next morning . very rude and stuck up people. just because you guys make more money doesn't mean you are any better. we all are still humans trying to get to the same place in life. everything at this hospital is a joke . literally. I'm in the emergency room finding out that I have to go through surgery and a guy comes in the room and starts hugging all over the nurse being loud very unprofessional. Next time I will choose Vanderbilt for sure.

I would give it a 0 if I could, my husband was really sick he was having trouble breathing and feeling tingly on his face and hands, they were careless as they could be, we spent almost 5 hours for nothing there, they said they hadidn't the results on radiology but they never came out to tell us what the results were not a sinfle word from them it was ridiculous, then a group of teenagers came in with this girl that seemed to be having an over dose of something all the nurses running in and out of the hospital then police camreport and it looked mire like a jail than a health care facility we ended up getting so mad we left and the receptionist looked really pissed about it was super rude, and not only we left there were other people leaving too. Too poor of a excuse for a hospital never going back and hope we don't get charged cause they did absolutely nothing.

Got here at 10:45pm. It's now 2:25 am and I've yet to be seen. This waiting room is practically empty. Thank goodness my pain is only moderately bothersome. I wept for those who have a real emergency.

I went to this ER bc it stated online they only had a 6 minute wait, well after sitting for 3 hrs with severe stomach pain in the waiting room they finally take me to the bk where I've now been sitting here for over an hr! No one has came bk to check on me & u would think they'd get me out of pain then kick me to the curb!! My 1st & last time here! Wish I could give them a 0 bc a 1 is far too good for this experience!!

REALLY ZERO STARS!!! went to this ER this morning with back pain and they gave me a lidocaine patch, a steroid shot and an anti inflammatory shot. That was this morning. I left with the same pain I had. I asked them for a stronger pain med and they said no that I would need to go to my pcp. I begged them for just 2 hydrocodone and they wouldn t give me any. I explained to them that I wasn t a drug seeker and that I ve never had back pain like this and they told me to get my rx filled for muscle relaxers. Well, now it the evening and I m still in pain. Worst experience ever. Won t be going back and will tell everyone I know that if you want quality Er and customer service care, this ain t the place for it.

This is a followup to my one star review from a week ago. Just to be sure everyone understands, my husband was sent away from the ER after they ran a LOT of tests covered by our insurance, with a very high blood pressure and no answers. When I asked what our next steps were, we were told "We have done our job. Our job is to see that a stroke or heart attack hasn't happened. I don't know what to tell you." I just want to be sure everyone sees that after this horrible experience, I took him to the ER at the Murfreesboro hospital. Amazingly, they DID know what to tell us. They gave him medicine to bring down the blood pressure fast and thus actually did what was medically necessary. STONECREST DID NOT. He might have died of a stroke since they let him go with such high blood pressure. Thank God they are not the only ER nearby. I advise you to AVOID "DEATHCREST" at all costs.

The emergency room sucks they doctors and nurses don't do there job they just hang out and talk about stuff in stead of wait on sick people hell my wife was brought in by ambulance with serious chest pains these nurses and doctors could care less about people there several folks out in the lobby with chest pains they just here too rack up doctor bills and get paid instead of take care of folks and they all a bunch of rude ass folks they need too xfix the emergency to do better service too sick people

I was greeted promptly upon entering the office area, chairs in the waiting room are socially distanced, each person's temperature was taken when they approached the check-in desk, every precaution was taken. I felt safe.

I ve called all morning to get an appointment to see my Primary Care physician. The receptionist staff and the nursing staff continued to route my calls and were very rude and abruptly placed me on a long hold because I was expressing how unsatisfied I was with their patient service. A courteous and professional staff makes all the difference especially considering most patients aren t scheduling appointments because they feel well.

I had the same experience as many. I came in a few days ago with severe stomach pains, throwing up all day. I got to the E.R. before midnight, and it was after 4:00 a.m. until I got a room with only a few other people waiting in the waiting room. After in the room, the nurse immediately ran an I.V. without hooking it up, saying she had to wait on the doctor. The doctor didn't come until another hour and a half. It was the worse night of my life.

The staff were jaded and uninterested in helping me. I literally threw up 20+ times while suffering in the waiting room.

I was scheduled for a Outpatient procedure for today at 9am. I showed up as requested at 7am. At 20 mins to 9am a Cardio Tech showed up and told me the instrument they needed for my procedure wasn't ready because the machine they use to sterilize it was broken. They knew it was broken before the holiday weekend and didn't take the steps to have another hospital sterilize the equipment needed. They assured me that they had sent instrument to another hospital and that my procedure would be delayed until 10:30am. At about 10:15am same tech came in and said my Doctor was doing another procedure and my new time would be 11 - 11:30 am. Tech came back at 11:15am and then told me that doctor would be available but anesthesiology would not be. My Doctor came in and talked with me and apologized. He was as upset as me, as I had to take off work for this procedure. He told me that one of his partners would do the procedure at 1:00pm. The Cardiac tech returned at 1:25pm and told me the doctor doing the procedure would not be available until 2:30pm but he could not guarantee that anesthesiology would be available. At that point and time I had to just tell them I would reschedule. I had been laying there all morning with a IV in my arm and not allowed to drink anything, because of impending procedure that never happened. I understand things can happen. But this procedure was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. If the machine to sterilize was broke, and they knew they had a procedure the first day after the holiday, you would figure that they would have had the forethought to sterilize this equipment before hand. Very Disappointed with StoneCrest.

Came in for help in the middle of the night. We were charged $200 to be treated like drug seekers. When all my husband needed was a steriod pack and a muscle relaxer, they gave him an arm sling and Tylenol.
I'm glad he was just in pain and not dying.
I would suggest going somewhere else.

Had to go to Stone Crest at 2am and they had only one doctor on staff, after being placed in an emergency room with unbearable pain, it took 2 hours to finally receive pain meds for a kidney stone.

This is my 2nd time to give Tri-Star Hospital in Smyrna, TN a chance and shame on me.

First I pulled a calf muscle and they charged me $3800 after insurance. I saw a doctor for 9 min and the billing clerk for 24 min and sat in a room with nothing at all hooked or done to me. Was told drink fluids and discharged after 1.5 hr total visit.

2nd visit my child went to a local minute clinic on a Saturday. They noticed he was needing oxygen as his cold was more serious than over the counter meds. They said go to Tri-Star so wife took him. After being at Tri-Star for 6 hrs, getting 1 antibiotic shot and having oxygen they came in and say we cannot handle kids and you need to go to a Nashville hospital. Waited for 2 hours for a special ambulance ride and was told NO you cannot drive him. That was $2600 for just a 14 mile ride! What is wrong with the USA healthcare is being practiced and executed in Smyrna, TN at Tri-Star.

IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR ANYTHING REALLY WRONG WITH YOU ON A WEEKEND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO NASHVILLE WHERE THEY HAVE REAL PLACES THAT CAN TAKE CARE OF YOU.

I arrived on time for my appointment but had to sit for an hour waiting for my procedure to be done because the lady behind the desk failed to notify the appropriate person that I had arrived. Being that it was on the weekend, I had to check in through the ER department . I would recommend some improvement with their communication.

Recent "unexpected" visit and stay here was outstanding (relatively). The ER was efficient and qualified. They were friendly, attentive and seemed very capable. The hospitalist, Dr. Inman was outstanding. All were taking care of business (heart issue) and my family and friends were also comfortable and confident. I am very thankful to the ER staff at Stonecrest and glad you are here.
