Obnoxious and inconsiderate. Called me looking for my interest in a job because "they found my resume". I said I wasn't interested, thanked them and proceeded to hang up. Kept trying to fish for details even after saying I had zero interest in a new job.
My recent experience with TSS involves their "lead recruiter" calling my current employer and making up a reason to talk to me (telling our secretary they were calling me back). I find this extremely rude and unprofessional.
