Although the Denistry is large it has a small and welcoming feel.

I have been here previously when I was in high school which was a pleasant experience from memory. Recently went back after many years, although the staff have changed it was no stress for me, as Dr Scott was so welcoming, understanding and made a big point of helping me feel comfortable.
I am now happy to continue going back for regular cleans and check ups to keep my teeth and gums on track, where previously I have been afraid (like I imagine many people are too) to go back to the dentist. Thank you Dr Scott, you're the kind of dentist that are few and far between. I also must make a point of the reception staff being so pleasant to speak to and deal with. Highly recommend.
I can definitely say I had the best experience and service I arrived there to have a wisdom tooth extracted and was surprised when Dr kees van elk. Told me he could save it and he did he also cleaned up the other teeth as a pensioner I will highly recommended them and the staff at reception sharlene tennille and Estelle were exceptionally professional and helpful. I have always found the team and Australia Fair Dental very efficient and think they are all an awesome bunch. I have been quite a few times and never once have I had terrible service. The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly, and the dentists are always friendly, happy, informative and professional, looking at what is the best outcome for you and not their pocket! Had $20k + of work done 2016-2017 by Mark Taylor ( got 4 mifund loans to fund it) and rewarded by being told by the manager that I can't come back to them anymore and told to find a new dentist.
Even though they have a large team of dentists that could have given me on going support.
Had to get 80% of the crowns / removed in 2018 as was in agoney. Feel much better now.
I will say though, Dentist Dr Remon is first class and an outstanding dentist :)
Treatment is great, also very heart warming atmosphere there. Strongly recomend!!
I was welcomed by Dr Scott yesterday to take one of my wisdom teeth off,
I was amazed at Dr Scott's professional knowledge and honour attitude and friendly personality , the whole process only took him a few minutes with out any unbearable feelings, obviously my earlier worris were unnecessary, woke up this morning appreciating the feeling of no pain, no swelling, no bleeding, many thanks to Dr Scott.
Got a root canal done here a long time ago, got the initial treatment and wasn't told I needed to come back. No offers to make a second appointment, no phone calls... I didn't know better, so I thought it was done and over. Now my front tooth is grey because the "temporary" filler for the root canal stained the inside of my tooth black after being in there for 2 years. Had to get it completed elsewhere, hate smiling in photos because my tooth is clearly much darker than the rest and there's not too much I can do about it without paying an arm and a leg for cosmetic dentistry.
Your appointment times don't mean much at this practice so be prepared to wait! I understand that there will always be appointments that run over time but find it astonishing that this practice just assumes that it's clients have nothing better to do than just sit and wait. Surely the least the reception staff can do is let clients know that there is a delay and ask if they would like to reschedule instead of sitting behind their desks prattling on about their weekends. Your arrogance won't get you far ladies, and it's certainly lost you this client.
Alex is the best hygienist on the Gold Coast. Very personable and gentle.
I booked an appointment with Australia Fair Dental Care to have a single filling in one of my teeth which had fallen out as well as have an overall check-up, the dr spoke with me for 10 minutes & confirmed that I needed a filling to then instruct make another appointment to have it done. I was very confused & questioned if I could have it done today as that s why I booked & to only have a unfriendly response that I would overrun my 30 minute timeslot. The clinic made me pay $100 for a 10 minute chat - Dr was very rude & do NOT recommend.
I suffer from extreme anxiety and Dr Remon is amazing, he was so gentle and patient, caring and understanding I can't explain how grateful I am to have found such a caring dentist. Dr Remon, you are an amazing dentist.Thank you so so much.
It was friday afternoon when i ran into problems with my teeth. Spoke to Estelle on the phone and she was like a ray of sunshine. Very helpful and understanding and bubbly! Fit me in to see Dr Andrew and he was just as great. Explained everything to me and was able to address all concerns.

Dr Scott was professional and kind. I love the way her explains and teaches the reason behind each dental discussion he recommends or take you through. Loved that he was aiming to get the best outcome that I as the customer was looking for without pushing any unnecessary services.

I thought Austtralia Fair Dental has the most high standard customer service as people at the font desk ( Estelle and Judy) make you feel comfortable and important the other hand Dr Craig and Dr Alex are very professionals and friendly .

The worst of the dentist in Gold Coast, the first thing the reception's attitude very bad!!!!! Second, Doctor Alex do the X Ray to me and break my oral cavity, after clean my teeth she make my top front teeth got a very big gap!!!!!! Cause they want to charge my money to let me do the teeth correct!!!!!! Worst!!!!

Making my first ever booking at Australia Fair Dental was easy and efficient. Dr. Craig Waring greeted me and accompanied me to the surgery room. We discussed my history and oral issues. He showed me certain issues with my teeth and explained recommended treatment. Dr. Craig completed his procedures without any discomfort (a first for me ever). I went to reception to pay the bill and was told there was a discount. My experience at this Practice was outstanding, I've never experienced this exceptional level of professionalism before. If you need dental attention go here and nowhere else. Mal.
I'm not a fan of dentists but I figured I had to do it for my health. Sham is my dentist and he's lovely. Does a really thorough job and I feel comfortable. Alex is the hygienist and she's very down to earth, funny at times but definitely makes me feel relaxed especially when she's cleaning my teeth. The admin ladies are always pleasant with a smilee on their faces. I will continue coming here.
