Diana is amazing! If you are looking for a new stylist I can't recommend her enough! All of my cuts and colors have been perfect, leaving me looking and feeling like a whole new woman! Thanks for being awesome stylist!

Edit: Just received a reply from the owner and I am very appreciative of the accommodation regarding the scents (candles) and expressed that in my review. To be clear I have only had one re-do with lowlights and was very happy with the service. This time however the issue is that the cut was not what I communicated. Mistakes do happen. It's hard to know how things are until you style it at home which I did and after thinking about it overnight decided to call to try to resolve. My request is very reasonable to receive a refund on that portion of the service because you can't fix a haircut that has gotten too layered or short. At this point it needs to just grow out which is not fun I tried to do my best to resolve but the offer to meet with the stylist is a cop out rather than doing what is fair, honest, and kind.

Very sad to part ways with this salon. I have had a good experience with this salon until yesterday. While I first of all appreciate the ongoing accommodation of the owner and the staff for helping me during each visit due to chemical sensitivity, yesterday missed the mark. My regular stylist Faith, has been doing an amazing job on my cut and color. When I could not get in to see her I was booked with another new stylist Courtney who was extremely sweet and even though i was booked for only a root touch up, she talked me into a trim as well. What we discussed was 1/4 inch trim, what I got was a short bob with short layers and uneven at that! I reluctantly called today to report that the haircut was not what we discussed and that it was uneven on the left side, it had several layers cut in so that it makes styling impossible. I asked for that portion of the visit to be refunded and talked with assistant manager Vanessa who after talking to the owner refused to offer a refund. Instead they offered a consultation and styling tips from the stylist who messed up my hair! What? I declined that. I expressed to Vanessa that they would lose my business and they were fine with that. I have been a faithful customer of Aveda for many, many years, originally from Minnesota the birthplace of Aveda/Horst. I believe that Aveda principles and ethos were not applied in this instance. So beware if you have a bad experience you are stuck with it. Now I sadly have months of grow out and now need to find a new salon.

I've been going to Trios for more than 10 years and love the service and the people. Amber and Lauren rock the mani/pedis. Karen works magic with my hair - color, cut, and always time for a head massage to make getting my hair done my favorite way to relax. Finally, the friendly and professional front of the house people keep the place ticking. I've sent many friends to Trios and keep them at the top of my favorites list!

I love Trios! I have been getting my hair done there for many years by Stefani Timmermeyer. She's seriously the BEST and I'm always so happy with how my hair turns out. She's super friendly, accommodating, and her updos and color are a masterpiece! She just recently cut over 12 inches off my hair too and I was so thrilled with how my new length turned out. I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go--seriously. Go see her!!
Brittanie Bae has been my hairstylist for about a year now. I've tried many different styles (colors) and each time she has not only put in countless hours making sure we get the color I want or very close too, but also makes sure she does her best to keep my hair healthy. I definitely trust her with my hair to not only look the way I want it too but what's best for the condition of my hair. Every friend I have recommended her too also has nothing but good things to say about her services.
Excellent salon! I moved from St. Louis to Fort Collins a few years ago, and needed to find a new place to get my hair cut. I really like the Aveda products, so that requirement helped limit my search. I tried Trios on my first attempt, and never looked back at going anywhere else! Jen has been my stylist ever since; she is patient, very good at understanding my requests, and really stays focused in providing me with the best hair cuts and colors I've ever had. I always go to Crystal. She is so amazing. I am really picky about my hair and I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and I always feel rejuvenated after leaving!
I have been coming to Trios since 2008. Ali Sherman is the best stylist! She is friendly, always learning new techniques and never afraid to try something new! She is not the type of stylist to do what she wants and disregard your wishes and ideas. She isn't satisfied unless she makes her client happy and I've never had a bad experience with her. The staff are friendly and always quick to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. I've recommended several friends here and they've all become loyal clients!
