I have been going to Trios for a long time and really like my nail person. I had an appt. today for a 30' pedicure and my daughter asked to come along. She wanted to see what it was like. I had errands to run right after so brought her along. We checked in and waited and then someone came out to inform us that there was a "no child" policy. At the time my daughter was sitting next to me with headphones on watching a cartoon on my phone. The person explained that there was no place for her to sit in back and in the same breath offered that she could stay if she were receiving a service. They obviously had an empty chair in back if she were a paying 4 year old customer. We left and my daughter, confused, started to cry. It was hard to explain that they had a rule excluding kids. There are so many great places in town to get spa services. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service at Trios.
