up until just recently, I loved going to this salon. The products are great and my stylist was so helpful. But, and there seems to be a but, the front desk people are horrible. they have over charged me 2 times. Played around with my apts. and changed the apt. time without asking me if this was okay. These people don't get customer service. Don't they understand that if you want to keep all of your customers, you treat them well. I had the manager tell me, thanks for your imput. No, what can I do to make it right? nothing. Don't go to this place. there are other aveda salons in fort collins who are willing to meet the needs of their customoers.
