Worst Experience. they hired me as a fresher and ruined my very essential 9 months of college. there is nothing to learn in this company everything is temporary they will send you wherever they want calling it 'Client Side' and giving you hope of learning something but all of that will be a lie. Team Lead and Project Leads are worst they will not help you with coding. the HR department is even worse than that you wont be listened there. the MD is highly not recommended she does not know whats going on in the company and how the lower management is playing games inside the office. Save yourself dont join the company.

DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY. They hired me as a fresher from my college saying we will be giving you an opportunity to develop ERP's using dynamics Navision, which seemed to be a lie. if youre a fresher and get a good opportunity elsewhere please go and join that company.
* Navision is a technology which is pretty complex and cannot be learnt on its own you will need somebody's help learning as there are very few community's of it on the internet,which is not a bad thing. but the senior consultants of this company know that and they use it to their advantage they will give you just the basic training and ask you to make extremely complex code's which you obviously wont we able to do as you were not given proper training initially. Now the company will start to harass you both mentally and economically. they will squeeze your salary in such a way that all of it will be gone to the company infact you will be paying from your pocket for the job, they are pretty smart like that. now lets come to the mental harassment nobody will help you in any way to understand stuff but the company will expect you to be a top notch programmer. this company is a SCAM.

Extra Credits - The HR department is worst, the sales head uses very bad language while talking, the senior employees try to bully the newly joined, The Technical head will not teach you anything.

Good company to work for specially deals in Microsoft Dynamics NAV softwares!

Nice place to work at as they are having new projects on new technologies. But I don t know guarentee on the pay because I went there for an interview for software developer and the package for that was 2.0LPA. If you wanna start your career and you wanna learn only then highly recommend this place but if you are seeking for a good pay then get a hint.

Very Bad Experience. If you are a fresher please avoid this company. if you want to work on Dynamics Navision please join somewhere else.
* they will give you 5000 rs for 6 months and you literally wont be able to survive on that plus they will even cut your salary from that if you take 1 day leave. what you will get in hand will be around 4000rs and covering all the expenses if you are an outsider, You will have to spend 20k from your pocket monthly, and it is not worth it.
* After 4-5 months only they will send you to client side with 5000rs salary (4000 Real Salary) and they will make sure it is far away from delhi which will cost you 400 for both going and coming back to your home which is 200x25=5,000 per month just the conveyance amount now there are multiple catches in this you will be paid this amount after 3 months and the cost of you coming from your home to office daily will be deducted from it. Basically you will be spending more than 20,000 per month and you will be getting 4000 back for giving in all of your hard work. This is Injustice.
* they expect you to reach client side on time irrespective of the distance. if it takes 2-3 hours to reach then you would have to leave 2-3 hours before 9AM. 9 am means sharp 9 am. and the sales head is the most stupid person there, he will not allow you to leave on time and he does care if you reach your house at 10 or 12 Pm. Generally they allowed me to leave at 8-10 PM and it took me 2 more hours to reach my home after that.
* the other highly intellectual senior staff will bully you to go and work to the client side for just getting 4000 rs wheres 5-7000 will be your rent for living and 5K is your commuting expense for a month forget about food and other daily expenses you dont need that in this company, They have the ARC REACTOR like Tony Stark to charge you up everyday. All of this can be justified if you are given ample opportunities to learn something but trust me the senior technical consultant will not teach you or explain to you anything on the client side and show as if you are not working to the management.

Fantastic place to work...... If you have it in you..... You will find this place competitive and full of knowledge. Just ignore guys that doesn't need your attention.

for new joiners who want to join the Trident Information System Pvt. Ltd. should know that this company policies are not employee friendly.

Reasons
1). The HR Director (Rashmi Sharma) is very rude, even at the time of interview; she is not interacting with candidates.
2). There are no HR manual policies made by her
3). Employee need to resign and serve 3 months notice.
4). If any employee wants to quit his/her job within a month (probation period) then also they need to serve 3 months notice period.
5). in case he will go during his/her probation period, company is chopping there all money.
6). If employees are serving 3 months notice still employee will be pay by the company after 1-2 year.
7). All employees does not like the behave of Rashmi Sharma (HR)
8) No Employee satisfaction.
9) No good working environment.

My personal suggestion is - "Please careful before interview/join the same company.

This company not perfect to the interview. The company not given criteria.

This company was the stepping stone of my career and I learnt all the development and management skills from this organisation. Everyone in the organisation was very supporting, especially Anita Jain ma'am (The owner of Trident), a lady from whom you can learn a lot. Big thanks to her for letting me in her organisation.
If you really want to learn only then you must join Trident. For freshers, don't expect to earn much before spending at least 2-2.5 years in this co. Spend time in learning first and then make your way towards the earning part.

Many person have been cheated by Co. I am one of them never received my one month salary which was confirmed by Manmohan (Accounts) & Rashmi sharma (HR). The HR is very rude with the employee's . They have no HR policy. Even the their accounts books are wrong.Please before join the co. or doing business with the co. take care.

Its a great place to work. Exposure to new technologies & latest version.Working environment is great.

Worst interview experience ever
I went for the interview in trident information systems. Interviewer was very rude and he does not know how to talk with others. He has 20 years of experience but very sad to say that still he could not learn the professionalism and how to behave.
Everybody has his own point of view, but he wanted to listen according to him only.
Such an idiot i would say.
If you want to working with good colleagues or in a healthy environment, please do not go for this company. Because this person is very arrogant, and he does not respect others.
Also he was asking me the question which he does not know....... I came back and google the answer then i got to know that he was wrong. He does not know anything even having 20 years of experience.
About company, it has 2-3 rooms on a floor.
It is above on a bank. If you want to work in a reputed firm then dont go for this. Its just waste of time and efforts.
