Very Bad Experience. If you are a fresher please avoid this company. if you want to work on Dynamics Navision please join somewhere else.
* they will give you 5000 rs for 6 months and you literally wont be able to survive on that plus they will even cut your salary from that if you take 1 day leave. what you will get in hand will be around 4000rs and covering all the expenses if you are an outsider, You will have to spend 20k from your pocket monthly, and it is not worth it.
* After 4-5 months only they will send you to client side with 5000rs salary (4000 Real Salary) and they will make sure it is far away from delhi which will cost you 400 for both going and coming back to your home which is 200x25=5,000 per month just the conveyance amount now there are multiple catches in this you will be paid this amount after 3 months and the cost of you coming from your home to office daily will be deducted from it. Basically you will be spending more than 20,000 per month and you will be getting 4000 back for giving in all of your hard work. This is Injustice.
* they expect you to reach client side on time irrespective of the distance. if it takes 2-3 hours to reach then you would have to leave 2-3 hours before 9AM. 9 am means sharp 9 am. and the sales head is the most stupid person there, he will not allow you to leave on time and he does care if you reach your house at 10 or 12 Pm. Generally they allowed me to leave at 8-10 PM and it took me 2 more hours to reach my home after that.
* the other highly intellectual senior staff will bully you to go and work to the client side for just getting 4000 rs wheres 5-7000 will be your rent for living and 5K is your commuting expense for a month forget about food and other daily expenses you dont need that in this company, They have the ARC REACTOR like Tony Stark to charge you up everyday. All of this can be justified if you are given ample opportunities to learn something but trust me the senior technical consultant will not teach you or explain to you anything on the client side and show as if you are not working to the management.
