You can't tell me who your dealing with for my accounts but wanna get short with me. I am NOT a person to talk like that too! Don't you dare call me and then get short with me and hang up on me when I question you why your calling me. I work in collections and know this business,you don't treat customers or people like this. Retrain your employees! I will be contacting Better Business Bureau!
They were very insistent when they called me to get their customer s money back and have not even send any information on how much will be given in what period of time. I have been calling for three weeks and leaving voice mails, because they never answer the phone, to get that information and they have not had the disency of giving me a call back. Very unprofessional and no customer service at all.

They just called me. When I told them per U.S law to not contact me via phone they would continue to say they needed to talk to me. I informed them I was recording the call due to this being the second call in 5 minutes and they asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I then told them again to contact me via postal mail only and hung up. Please oh please I hope you call back so I can get a nice check for you violating the law. Blood suckers here. They think they are slick, they are not.
These Nefarious Rapscallions are textbook-violators of FDCPA. Spoke to some dude on the phone and he was under the impression that his company isn't responsible for malfeasance simply because they resold the Debt to another shadester down the road. Major Law Firm off of Passaic Avenue in Fairfield, New Jersey is getting ready to tear these people a brand new one.

Very rude called my place of employment and talked crazy to me when I told them not to call my job he said well I am marking it as refuse to pay i stated no I am stating do not call my job. He said all I was good for was writing bad checks which is not the case at all. I am shocked and appalled he was a supervisor speaking like that
Alliant Capital Management LLC is a scam credit agency. They may actually be registered in your state; however everything else about this company is either a scam or illegal. Just ignore them, or record all their calls and get a FDCPA attorney to sue them and get $1,000 per violation. Hopefully these scam artists will be living on the streets soon.
Thomas Hanson was very rude and unprofessional over the phone, disregarding my questions and trying to end the call when i tried to change the amount of a scheduled payment. Unfortunately for him a huge part of my profession requires me to have extensive knowledge of ALL legal and illegal collection activities. Call was recorded, talk to you soon!

Got a call from Jordan Davis from this company. He was very threatening and when I advised I would like a call back on my day off he was rude and said that wasn't possible. When all was said and done stated if I agree with payment arrangement he would send the paperwork on my debt. I am still waiting on the paperwork. 2 weeks later. This company is a scam and if I could give it less than 1 star I would.
I worked their for 4 months an it was ok at first but management they say your ok then they fire you for no reason.
Company called wanting me to verify my personal information over the phone. I told them no. The number that they called from had my area code and when I looked up the so called collection agency, I saw that they were based out of New York. I told the caller that it was a scam and do not call me anymore. The caller became very irate and disrespectful. I told them if I owed a debt, to send me the information via mail. If not I was calling the authorities because they were harassing me. Once I mentioned authorities, they hung up.
They called and said someone made a fraudulent transaction and they would make a negative remark. I called the number and they want me to leave all my information on vm like were friends. How unprofessional is that. I believe it's a scam! so Blocked!
These people are crazy. They called me so many times and I know for a fact I pay my bills. Every time I call them back either they hang up the phone, don t answer, or leaving messages like they don t have a damn life. Where is the customer service? Never had to chase a debt collector to settle debt. They are the absolute worst.
When I received a call from them the person was very nice and gave me a chance to make payments at a fair amount to pay. I owed the money and I knew it but I lost my husband earlier this year and they were truly understanding why I got behind. Got must of the interest knocked off and I will me making last payment in 3 days. Thank you so much for working with me.
This company is so unprofessional and rude!!!! It started with the rude Receptionist Sam then I asked with a supervisor Faith and she was rude in a passive aggressive way. Real nice in a pandemic.

Agreed with a previous comment. They are a scam company and are basically breaking every debt collection law in the book. Caller said his name is Andy McCabe and tried to verify my SS # over the phone. Became aggressive and theartened when I denied verification. Also, he said he will file a law suit against me and serve me while I am at work, which is also against the law. Then said he would garnish my wages. He's rude and aggressive, but obviously an idiot that doesn't know the law. I will be filing paperwork to sue him the max amount which is 1000.00$ per incident.
Had a great experience with them. Everything was smooth, followed all compliance rules. Everything was taken care of quick and easy. 5 stars
