Bad things happen on moving day. My check engine light came on right as I was leaving on a 1,000 mile journey. Luckily I was close to the South Motors, a mini dealer. Normally there is always a long wait. The service advisor was able to get the issue diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. It also was not too terribly expensive as I normally expect at a BMW dealer. I was told they could ha e it done in 2 hours and they did. There also were no issues after I continued my trip. A little behind schedule but still able to arrive in time.

Yassel Perez was an amazing salesman, he help me get a great deal on a new car. I highly recommend you come and get a car from him. His customer service is amazing it has been the best experience in buying a car, in a few hours I was done.

I can't say enough about Rudy in the parts departm...

I can't say enough about Rudy in the parts department. He went above and beyond helping me. It was customer service at its finest. In this day in age when car dealers get a bad rap I have to say South Motors Honda parts department is the exception. I highly recommend them.

Bought my first car @ South motors and what a great experience. Corey was super awesome and helped me through my first car buying experience. Wasn't as stressful as I expected because of him. Highly recommend to ask for him. Then I was approached by the manager (sorry I forgot your name) who was super nice and did the best he could with what little he had. He made an approval happen when I didn't think it would so Thank you. And also thank you to Kevin who works in the finance Dept. Everything went smoothly and was able just to relax and not stress out money wise. Great team at the South motors of palmetto bay!

Went to do my transmition oil change and it turns out that my car had to stay there for 3 days. After one day they called me to pick up my car and went I drove out of the dealer my car shut down completely. The mechanics there don't know what they're doing and the worst part is that the service director Patrick Collins is the type of person that wouldn't give good customer service and I'll quote him " I wouldn't expect you to understand because you're not a mechanic" well I don't need to be a mechanic to know that from a job takes an hour 1/2 it took them 3 days to fix what they have done. After all inconvenience and since my car doesn't have warranty anymore I still had to paid everything out of pocket and when I asked the to at least at extended warranty on the car Mr. Collins said absolutely not because they had to replace my coils for free...coils that they messed up during the oil change. It's unfortunate that on top of the 900.00 I had to pay now I have to spend money on attorneys to have a resolution on this matter.

We were there ready to purchase a vehicle. The young sales rep that helped us was nice and professional. But when it came time to crushing the numbers the sales rep introduced the sales mgr. This fellow offered zero discount, just tinkered with the rate of finance. He visibly became agitated as we asked for a discount. Needless to say, he blew the sale.

Just an unpleasant sales operation and the service bay never quite fixed pesky (and increasingly expensive) engine leak and under-performing air conditioner in another Honda I owned. I would drive further just to not waste my time fighting with the salesperson for his $1,500 more expensive quote...

The person helping me was very helpful. The b service was great! However, some of Honda's pricing is absolutely RIDICULOUS! For example, it would have cost me $129 just for them to check to see what is wrong with my lighter socket. It's probably just a $5 fuse
