for new joiners who want to join the Trident Information System Pvt. Ltd. should know that this company policies are not employee friendly.

Reasons
1). The HR Director (Rashmi Sharma) is very rude, even at the time of interview; she is not interacting with candidates.
2). There are no HR manual policies made by her
3). Employee need to resign and serve 3 months notice.
4). If any employee wants to quit his/her job within a month (probation period) then also they need to serve 3 months notice period.
5). in case he will go during his/her probation period, company is chopping there all money.
6). If employees are serving 3 months notice still employee will be pay by the company after 1-2 year.
7). All employees does not like the behave of Rashmi Sharma (HR)
8) No Employee satisfaction.
9) No good working environment.

My personal suggestion is - "Please careful before interview/join the same company.
