Very bad service, i have called 27 times from 11 AM to 12.30 PM . it is keep on ringing , Again i have called 22 times from 02.30 PM to 04.30 PM, but there is no use. please remove land line .
Very bad customer service and responds.. phone calls are never answered and when you try to take up the issue to commissioner... He will ask his staff to send us out from his door only... I don't understand on what basis Gov calls them gov sarvant...
They never pick the call when it ring , most of the time's it will be busy .
But when you visit the office,they are polite and answers all queries with patience and process is easy.
These people don't waste your time.I went in with a query and they gave me a solution within 10 minutes. Definitely not like other government offices that you might heard of.

My experience was extremely bad..A person picked the phone and then hung up on me. On 2nd attempt it kept on ringing...3rd attempt onwards it was made busy.
Infact the contact number sir these work offices and officers are mostly non-functional. The UAN toll free contact number is non-functional and whichever number is functional won't entertain you then the experience has to be pathetic everyone.
Had to give one star just to post my experience however I think they deserve no stars.
Staffs are approachable. Giving good support for required information.
The only thing for which I am not giving it 5 star because being a central government office employee staffs are not responding back when asking anything in Hindi.Moreover employees are not even good at English also. So people from other state will face langauge issues.. Rest service was good and the best part is single window service which has actually helped my time save.

Government proudly saying that if we do transfer settlement through online it will be done in 2 to 15 days.but I raised in may and till now my pf is not transferred and this office officials are unreachable always .

I've been there to withdraw one of my colleague PF. There are 6 counters and mostly all of them operating at peak hours..
Nobody picking the call, i called 100 times very worst office. I called hyderabad pf office they attend the call atleast once in a day but i called pf office bommasamudra pf commisioner and general numbers and number mentioned in maps, no one picking the call. I never faced like this experience. Whether people they are working or they sleeping in office. Bommasamudra pf office employees are waste. Resign and go to home why u r working. Are u coming to office for working or wasting time. If anyone calling need to attend its mandatory to resolve employee or people queries. Are u idiot. U people very worst.
Useless. They Didn't pickup the phone calls(care number), Lazy persons are working here. They talk like a dictators. They are working in group C or D posing like a IAS and IFS Officers.

I applied for pf advance on 31st August'18, it take approval on 12th sep'18.. Again those people take lot of time to scroll... Now showing claim settled from last 5days.. tolli didn't get my money... And customer care worst response.. no one recive calls... Every time itsi busy, sometimes it's wrang but no one pic call..

The Staff is arrogant, rude and don't deserve to be working there any more. The government should impose a rule which is a little stringent on the behaviour of these kind of people. If you going there then kindly take someone who knows Kannada otherwise it is pointless. They will not even speak in English. Government is least concerned of streamlining these institutions whereas can impose laws for withdrawal of PF which is of the people of the country.
I have emailed to the given email ID twice but no response. Also I tried calling the phone #, no response. Is this info valid? Or do the expect public to visit office every small issue that can be sorted out remotely? I am upset

If I raise grievance they close it without any resolution. They don't respond to emails. I am really frustrated. Why does govt force us to put money in epf when they can't resolve small issues.

My company's payroll/PF department has not assisted me one bit, so I had to go to this office for guidance and to get some questions answered.
One of the staff members there was extremely helpful. I wrote all my questions in a notebook like a school kid and he actually gave me time to write his answers. He even made a call to my old company to ensure that they provide proper assistance. I never expected to be treated so nicely in a Government office. He expected nothing in return. I give him 5 stars for service, I gave the office a 4 star rating just because it is difficult to reach them via phone
