How many car dealers would you deliberately travel for an hour go back to next time you want to buy a car? I did just that. Superbly professional and a real pleasure to deal with - something I've never thought of any other car dealer I've dealt with. Only reason I haven't been back for a while was that Honda didn't make a car suitable for our current needs. Dealing with another (non Honda) dealer reminded me just how unusual Trident are.
I d just like to take this opportunity to thank Mike at Trident Honda for helping my father with the purchase of a new Honda Jazz. Was seeking a new car and visited numerous garages and manufactures in the Staines area none of whom were very helpful - Trident Honda were the exception and 5 stars out of 5 doesn't do their service justice!!
Everyone at the garage was very informative, helpful and extremely polite without being pushy at all especially Lee. They let me test drive a car and didn't set a time limit or insist a sales team member accompany me so I could really find out if the car was the one for me! I went back to the garage after the test drive and promptly ordered a new Civic without any hesitation - & was able to collect the new car on 13 days later!
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would happily buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat!

From start to finish Lee Waddington guided us through the purchase in a personal, friendly and professional manner, neither pushing us in one direction or another. Generally Trident Honda is second to none for service. However, I have a water leak problem and I am being back peddled as to whether it can be fixed under warranty. So the jury is out until I know more. I just paid to extend the warranty too. The carpet in the cabin is soaking wet and the wheel well in the boot is full of water. Honda Hrv. Just under 3 years old.
This is the best dealership I have ever been to. They listened to my needs as being in a wheelchair can sometimes limit your options, they showed me around the cars and allowed me to test drive with my partner. The left us to talk and play with the cars and even showed us the model we liked in different trim levels. I can not fault Lee for all his hard work and for helping me get my car quickly, he knew all about motobality and reassured us about everything. When picking up my car he took his time and explained the features in the car and even help to set up my phone to the radio system. He was very pleasant to talk to and made me feel relaxed and confident in my choice. I would highly recommend him and the team here to anyone.
We have bought our last 3 cars with trident Honda on each occasion we have chosen lee Waddington as our salesmen for very good reason we trust his judgement on what product best suits our needs and is a pleasure to deal with I would recommend trident and in particular lee to anyone
The work has now been done and all covered under warranty. Let's hope I can now enjoy my car for many more years.
All I would say is that if the information about the support Trident would give you as a customer with a warranty claim was explained fully to start with, 5 stars would have been given.
I would now be happy to recommend Trident to others in the future.

Chris the after sales manager called me to discuss my issue. I have been assured that that Trident Honda will support my warranty claim as far as possible and will go down every avenue, including the Motor Ombudsman if necessary. This is far from the original information I was given of 'if it's not warranty, you pay'. Yes, I agree ultimately this can be the case but neglected were the facts of the steps Trident will take to make sure i won't have to pay.
Time to replace the family workhorse. The ever reliable Honda CRV. We got a really great deal from Trident Honda including an excellent trade in. Excellent service. Thank you! William and Sarah
Having had back issues with my Civic due to the bucket seats. I messaged Lee Waddington regarding what other models would be better, he advised a Jazz Crosstar, arranged a test drive and decision made and new car purchased. Great friendly service. I had my MOT done, while-u-wait, with coffee and chocolate cookies. I always feel safe in my car, with any work done. Reasonably priced too.
If there was a 10 star rating here I would give it and that's how highly I recommend this dealership.
I spoke to Mike first and he came across as a very friendly and down to earth guy, over email he was quick to reply and very helpful. Upon arriving and meeting for the first time I can say that he was very polite and friendly guy. Offered us tea and coffee and a brief discussion about the car we travelled a long way to see. He then took us for a long test drive (not a 5 min round the corner job!) and the car was immaculate as described.
When we got back to the dealership we were introduced to Howard who helped to explain the various ways we could fund the car. He left no stone unturned and did everything to make sure we understood the policies, he was patient and tried to get us the best deal possible. I must admit that when buying a car this would be the make or break stage, but Howard didn't make us uncomfortable in anyway and never pushed anything on us. He just explained things and helped us to work out possible options.
Anyway, we were't disappointed with the entire experience and felt the drive to the dealership was worthwhile!
I can also add that the after sales care was excellent! we had found some interior cosmetic damage to the car that no one not even himself would have noticed but it was blatantly caused by the previous owner. Without hesitation Mike offered to fix it.
We've visited a few dealerships and Trident comes across as a very friendly, family oriented environment filled with caring, professional and experienced staff, who knows that honesty, straight forward and courtesy is the way to win over customers. If you're after a Honda then I would check Trident out first.

First visited Trident in early 2020 for test drive of CRV Hybrid. Lee W, the Sales Executive, was helpful & very informative. I postponed purchase at that time but Lee remained positive and offered further help if I decided to resume my search. In September I came back and concluded the purchase. Key points were i) Highly professional & clear process throughout ii) No tactical haggling (a la CarWow) just a very clear and competitive offer up front by Lee, iii) immediate clarification of stock vehicles available, iv) prompt response with full information and costs when I changed specification v) clear, factual (& good-humoured!) finance discussions with Howard, iv) vehicle delivered on time & full demo of features by Lee before departure. In summary, a pleasant, painless experience & I would recommend Trident unreservedly.
Fantastic garage! My wife purchased her new (second hand) car from here, and we were both delighted with how friendly and professional the staff at this garage were.
They made the whole processes extremely simple and stress free. At no point did we feel under pressure to do or buy anything that we did not want to. At no point did it feel like they were in a hurry to get us out of the door or to make a sale as quick as possible. Absolutely no hard sell like other garages that we have been to in the past.
We traveled a distance to get there, but it was well worth the journey!
Poor took my car for service they found a fault I didn't know I had took back for this obviously more money and now my electric window doesn't open! So have to return again! At my cost

i visited trident honda at ottershaw to just have a look & was pleasantly greeted by sales executive glenn wallis well to cut a long story short lovely guy made me feel relaxed & welcome no sales pitch just honest info & help, we got a lovely new honda a great deal !! " i know some of you are saying yeah good salesmen" hundreds off the car, deposit towards the car, good price for our ford fiesta in px, 5 years servicing & more i dont usually buy new & was going to get an upgrade at ford in slyfield but did not get anywhere near the sales help nor the after sales care that i received from honda ottershaw this is the 3rd honda i have owned & i will be going back to glenn for our next car that is for sure, impeccable service.
I bought a Honda approved vehicle in February 2020 from Trident Honda. The buying experience was good, but as time has gone on I have some serious issues with the outcomes! The car was just what I was looking for and being an 'Approved vehicle' it seemed, on the face of it , to be fine. I made the mistake of only checking the major aspects of the car and not checking every minor detail of the vehicle myself - I foolishly took the salesman's word for it that everything that should work does and any issues would be picked up in their 'multi point' checks before I took delivery. All seemed well initially, but I noticed in the first week that the accessory sockets (12v) were not working. Not being local enough to return to the dealership easily, I called into my local Honda dealer one and found that 2 fuses were blown (this despite the checklist I have a copy of saying the 12v outlets were checked as working?). More recently I have found significant water in the spare wheel well. Initially I thought this might be residual water from an enthusiastic valeting, but having emptied it out, I find it returns after each heavy rain. I simply can't believe that this could not have been noticed whilst the car stood on the forecourt for more than a month during the wettest January/February I can ever remember! With 2 significant issues (that should have been picked up) having arisen in just a couple of months, I now have major concerns about what else may be wrong and was not checked despite the assurances it was. Being beyond the statutory return period I'm now at the mercy of whatever the 'warrantee' can (or can't) deliver for me and the inevitable hassle and time of arranging repairs /investigations whilst I while away endless hours sitting in dealership waiting areas drinking coffee and fending off over eager salesmen trying to get me to 'upgrade'! I had hoped that buying an 'approved' vehicle would have reduced the chances of this outcome but sadly this is not the case. I think that Honda UK should take some of the blame for this by not having sufficient oversight/Quality Assurance of their 'Approved' system. Suffice to say I would not recommend Trident Honda in particular or Honda Approved in general.
I recently bought a new Honda Civic IDTEC Ex, the first Honda I have owned. Apart from being extremely happy with the car, I was very happy with the service provided by Trident Honda (Ottershaw) in particular Lee Waddington, who went out of his way to make the sale as simple and as enjoyable as possible; it was like purchasing a car from a friend. The deal I received was the best I could get anywhere, including beating those offered by Carwow. I can't thank Lee and Trident enough for making the whole process "pain free".

Gave our car for CVT and wanted replacement of four tyres. Confirmed over telephone if they had 4 tyres and were reassured they had. On the day of service they called and told four tyres not available but only two. Just waste of our time.
We had always full service from Honda last two services were really appalling without proper customer service.
They haven't cleaned car despite removing the child's seat and when asked we were told this was only complimentary. The child seat was not put back in place which we have struggled to get it right. I don't have to understand why this was removed in first place.
It was showering and the weather was so gloomy and we were asked to collet our car from parking which was few yards away in the shower returning our keys after payment. This is a very poor customer experience.
Visited Trident Honda Ottershaw today, because my CRV had a rattle on the drivers side. I phoned at 11:45am and asked if there was any chance of them seeing me at 12:30pm since I was passing. They agreed. I arrived, gave them the keys and they got on with looking for the source of the noise. After 50 mins, they returned to me at Customer Waiting area where I had been drinking coffee. They had found where the rattle was coming from - a stone in the shock absorber, fixed it and road tested the car. All for no charge. They could not have been more helpful. Many thanks for such brilliant service.
Very happy with the service I received from James at the service desk. Even though they were busy, they still managed to have a look at my car and fix the problem. All staff were pleasant . I bought my Honda from there, despite having a local Honda near me, and have always returned there as service is send to none. I would definitely recommend Trident Honda

I usually go by reviews and so writing one here to help others like me. I was looking to buy a new car for atleast two months now. I have test driven many cars but was not very sure.
Last week wen to Honda, had no appointment, went straight in, it was busy hours with lot of people and it was a few minutes wait but staff were very friendly. It would be unfair on me if I don t name them. If you ever think of going to Trident Honda, ask for Glenn Wallis or Howard Joffe. They were both very kind, professional, friendly and not to forget very polite. My husband and I poured them with questions and they were patient and honest while answering each of them.
This made us immediately book the car with them and this week we have the new car with us. These guys are exceptional in customer satisfaction and need a mention.
One slight concern is that my brand new car has a few scratches on the interiors which I think is unsual after going through quality assurance steps before delivery and I am sure they will be able to address.
I repeat again this is a place you would want to consider if you think of buying a new car and Honda is in your list. Ask for Glenn or Howard. Very friendly and honest to help you choose the best car for you and your family.
