My wife and I bought a new Honda CR-V from this dealership this week and we really could not have been happier with the service we received. We were dealt with by Lee Waddington (Sales Executive) and Howard Joffe (Business Manager) and quite frankly, their approach could not have been better. From start to finish Lee Waddington guided us through the purchase in a personal, friendly and professional manner, neither pushing us in one direction or another. Howard Joffe then covered the financial aspects of the purchase, laying out all the issues in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. In my 60+ years I have bought many cars, both new and old, and I can say without any doubt whatsoever that the quality of service that I was provided by both men at this dealership far surpasses anything that I have received in the past. The dealership was clean, well laid out and there was a calmness you rarely see at 'car dealers'. I hope to keep my CR-V for many years and I look forward to maintaining this relationship with Trident throughout my car's service history. I would highly recommend those looking for a good quality car to stop at this dealership, you really couldn't do better. Thank you again Lee and Howard for your outstanding quality of service.
