Clean rooms with decent equipment. Hi common with the possibility of using the dining room and kitchen. There was a lack of soap in the rooms. A place worth recommending!
Good prices and good location and charming volunteers
1. This hotel used to be the home of Ben Yehuda, the father of modern Hebrew, and he donated it to become a hotel after his death.
2. The ramps and elevators used by people with disabilities are convenient for carrying luggage.
3. There are front and rear buildings: the first floor of the front building is the office, and the staff will leave until 23:30. There is a kitchen, a dining room, a washing machine (a fee of 25NIS / time), and a clothes dryer (free of charge) in the back building. When I happened to encounter heavy rain in Jerusalem, the water on the road back to the hotel was at least 8 cm, and there was a small river. So my coat and backpack were hit by the waves of dirty water created by the speeding vehicle. The coat dries.
4. The location is not very good. You must walk 5 minutes to the bus station and take the Arab bus 231 or 234 (no Rav-Kav card, 5NIS cash per trip) to reach the old city.
5. The counter cannot help you change, and will ask you to go to the nearby supermarket to change.
net. Great location!
Very nice and efficient staff. Some of the mitzvot do not speak Hebrew
Close to city and good staff but rooms are not good. How did it got 8.1 on bookig? max 5 points.
This is a house where Eliezer Ben Yehuda lived. There is another one facing the Ethiopian Church.
Nice location good facilities. If you have a car you can park near by. I can't complain but they overcharge for that accommodation in comparison to EU hotels.
Very good place ... the price is somewhat expensive
Simple, clean and cheap accommodation in the center of Jerusalem. At the hostel level.
Clean and sweet place. Great attitude. Do not expect to glorify, a little crowded but worth
Perfect location. It's quick to get to the Old City of Jerusalem by bus, the rooms are simple, clean, safe and it's a special place thanks to the people who work for the house, even if you don't speak English or Hebrew. Nearby there is a small shop that is open long. I would book there again anytime.
Very clean and comforting. The rooms are cozy and the shared kitchen is great
More like a dorm room with bunk beds, which the kids loved but was uncomfortable for me and my husband. Otherwise the place was very clean and comfortable with private shower and toilet. Kosher breakfast available for purchase. This kibbutz is a joint effort between Israel and Germany to restore good relations between the two countries. We enjoyed talking with the students who explained everything. Overall a pleasant stay.
Nice hostel. It's very basic but clean. Staff are friendly and forthcoming. Located in a residential neighborhood it was quiet and there is a nice garden to sit in. You can cook your own food in a well equipped kitchen.
All that said, it is a hostel so I thought it was a bit pricy for its category.
It is also quite far from the center
Narrow space to sleep and far from the city center. Managers are really cool people
As for the hostel, just super. They took a room for 4 people, with breakfast 110 NIS per person.
Nice accommodations in Jerusalem and even has provided meeting areas if you need to conduct business or host a large group up to 30.
