This place blows me away! It s my second time and certainly not my last. No where near as dangerous or challenging as the Dolomites, but WAY better than Perisha or Thredbo. The view is the best part, no matter what slope you go down, it s a winner. I love coming here and we can t wait to do more skiing over the next 2 days we re here. Ski hire is easy, quick and the free shuttle is awesome. Love every part of this place - highly recommend!!

The intermediate trails are long and narrow. We were there towards the end of the season so not all trails were open and those that were open were very icy. I struggled to turn on my snowboard so it was a long, slow day and I gave up after about 3 runs.

I loved this ski area, enough interesting terrain just off to the side of the runs! Good food and facilities at the base and modern lifts. The weather helped, but looking forward to another trip!

Everybody loves to enjoy a nice, toasty warm mulled wine in your ski gear, surrounded by the beautiful snow up TC. Too bad they charge you $12 for half a glass, and when you mention how you finished your $12 glass in 2 sips to the staff they tell you they were really generous, should've filled it up less and closes the window in your face.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful vista's and good food. Didn5ski so can't comment on that. However family members took first time ski lessons and loved it. Sno we was good and instructors exceptional.

Plenty of parking, lockers to store your skis overnight and great slopes. The base chair seats 6 and goes to a 4 km green run (more like a blue in Australia) and from there, go all over the mountains. Food is expensive as usual, so bring some extras.

Incredible views of Lake Wanaka and the alps. Always a lovely and unique way to spend a couple of hours enjoying a hot chocolate in the outdoor cafe in the snow, after an exhilarating and somewhat brisk ride up on the chairlift. Perfect for those who don't ski yet want to enjoy some time in the snow.

One of the most amazing vistas in the world from the top of Treble Cone. Stunning backdrop to spend a day snowboarding to. Tickets are relatively cheap and the snow is good (obviously seasonal). Pick the right day and it's nirvana. I love it up there!

Great terrain, with fresh snow there's heaps to explore. Good access to back country and extreme terrain. Amazing views too! $149 for a day ticket is a but much but the online multi day ticket discounts make it more reasonable...

Great terrains for intermediate and advanced skiers. Beginners may find this ski field rather challenging. The road up to the ski field is narrow. Good option is to Leave car at the carpark at the bottom and take the free shuttle up the ski field.

Only 4 stars due to the price of lift vs services. NZ$150 for 2 chairlift and a tiny skilifts? Are you kidding me? Otherwise, awsome landscape and very nice people operate upthere. And the pistes are in a very good condition too. You need to already have a good skiing experience and level, the easy pistes are narrow, the less easy are steep and narrow. If you have a good off piste experience, there is a nice backcountry. By the way, ski patrol appreciate if you register, just for your safety, no extra fee to pay. And don't forget to sign out!

Resort offers a discount if you show another resort pass. We noticed this after we processed the transaction and the cashier refused to reverse the transaction to honour the refund. Should be quite simple to ensure a happy customer. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth so won t be coming back.

The mountain might be nice, but the ticket staff are in need of a lesson in customer service. They wouldn t refund the flash pass discount. They said that we had to tell them before the transaction and that it s not in their policy to tell us first. What a rip.

Probably the better ski field around here with some really good long runs. Heaps of carparking. Limited indoor seating. A lot of outdoor seating with outdoor bar and cafe when sunny. Food and drink prices are no different from any cafe, although it is not made-to-order so it's a guess if your food is hot and fresh.

Treble Cone has largest ski area of all the ski resorts in the south island of New Zealand, with varied terrain from the most gentle beginner slope to the most difficult black runs. It also provide possibility to do some practice with mogul and powder.

Great mountain, even with bad snow fall. Definitely not beginner friendy. If you're not comfortable on blues, look elsewhere. Also pricey tickets ($150). But best skiing had in a while. All the staff are incredibly friendly.
