Read the negatives... Those are very true and accurate and those negatives are the nicest I could be if I really had to.

I ve been coming here for a couple of years. I never have trouble getting an appointment, never have to wait long to be seen and never feel rushed once I m being seen. The entire staff always go above and beyond.

Regarding the 1 star reviews: The fact that the negative reviews were left by made up sounding names is suspicious to me. I have a hard time believing that anyone here would be rude or cause someone to leave a one star review.

Gave me results that were not even in.they dont ever call to give you any results.I had yo always call and trying to get a straight answer is ridiculous.worst ever would not recommend to anyone.office stinks and staff is more concerned with their friends at work rather than patients.

During an annual well woman exam I was asked questions about certain issues I might be dealing with. Despite me answering affirmatively the provider gave no feedback or direction. When I asked about help with smoking cessation I also received no real feedback that I could not get from Google. I was later told smoking cessation is not relatable to a well woman exam. There is a note posted in the exam rooms stating you may only discuss two issues per visit and must schedule another appointment for other issues you may have. I want a comprehensive provider, not someone who is more interested in generating more copays. Obviously their definition of what constitutes a "well woman" is limited to a breast exam and pap smear.

Read the reviews and wondered what to expect. My prior doctor only allowed one complaint per visit so I was glad I got more time here...I don t usually leave a positive review, like most people but positive feedback may help others. I was back within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Very thorough examination and they listened! They ended up sending me to specialists, which is fine. I asked about the staff turnover and the ladies there now have been there for some time...they have their own lab in the clinic too. I asked about vaccinations and most of them I ll have to go to a pharmacy to get but that s fine too. Overall a great experience! I know most of the negative reviews tend to be from people with psychiatric problems or drug addicts that didn t get their fix so I hope this honest review helped. Don t let the wackos deter you!

I love both my doctors. They help me when I need it. They answer my questions. They get what needs to get done. I have never had someone would hurt me.

I have had 3 Drs. since I've moved to Clarksville and since I've been at Dynamic Healing any medical problems I have had they have been very good about my diagnosis. They get right down to your problem and send you to where you need to go.

I received text that said my was for 3:30. I arrived at the clinic at 3:20, only to be told that my appointment was actually for 3:40 & it was supposed to be a virtual appointment. The receptionist said since I was already there I would be able to see the doctor. I was the only patient in the waiting room.
After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes, I asked the receptionist was it okay to go outside to smoke a cigarette;to which she replied yes. After I came back inside I then informed the receptionist that I needed to use the restroom, since I hadn't used it the whole time I was sitting there (45 minutes).
After using the restroom, they called my name to come to the back. As I'm walking towards the back, the triage person had a cup in her hand and said they needed a urine sample.
I informed her that I had just used the restroom and couldn't go again. While in the restroom I was talking to myself saying how unprofessional they were. When I came out of the bathroom the nurse said that I wouldn't be seen that day.
A couple of days later I received a certified letter from them stating I was no longer welcome at their facility because of my inappropriate behavior.

I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!

Great place they work with u and dont treat u kike just a patient they treat u like family very polite and caring staff....

Best place in Clarksville. They actually listen to you and make you feel like family. Quick to answer messages and want to help people. Ms Higgins is the best!

Supposedly there is a Dr Stanley there that you almost never get to see. They change staff every 6 months. They don't return calls EVER. They let critical meds for a senior with severe diabetes lapse because they were "too busy" to return a call made 3 weeks before the meds ran out. They lose records. Be smart and stay away from this place!!

Awesome experience! Have seen Vickie and Elaina and they are both the sweetest, most caring, and knowledgeable I ve seen since we relocated here.

I have only been there twice! Both experiences with the Doctor were great!! It was the unprofessional dealing with the front office staff/receptionist that was completely unpleasant and stressful as to a very poor representation of the company your representing! I had recently been leaving emails and calls for over 7 days from (8/13/18-8/20/18) to be Told their busy, zero responses, no way they can help me and refusal in not so many words to assist me, but that messages would be left with the doctor and STill zero replies to clear up what can be a very simple Miss test or understanding... I am finding out through heavy research I am NOT the only patient having similar complaints or concerns.. AND they did not even put some of my personal identification information in correctly, I have PROOF from the print offs they gave me when trying to explain that the information listed for my date of birth etc is NOT mine! Can very easily cause MASSIVE mix up when entering in patients information, I used to work receptionist in a doctors office I know first hand the chaos it can cause!
