Kim Thomas is a disgusting person to work with I was in training and I didn t know the system and she would always suck her teeth or slam her hands on the desk! I tried to ignore it but one day she completely lost it because I messed up a call that s when she began pointing a PEN towards my face telling me how I was never going to get into the company because I don t know what I m doing. COMPLETELY wrong you re supposed to be a supervisor. I complained to the GENERAL MANAGER DIANE she sends me home and then tells me there s nothing she can do because Kim Thomas is the only trainer. She didn t even try to hear me out or think of a resolution. I ve even spoke to past employees and was told this is the SAME treatment Kim gives to everyone that s new . Very disrespectful she is located at the FARMINGDALE location where I was treated badly.
